I have been taking my girl Lexi to Amber since before she opened The Groovy Groomer! Everyone working at The Groovy Groomer are very professional and very upfront and honest about anything and everything that happens during your pups appointment! She does amazing work and Lexi absolutely loves going to see her! Ambers her best friend! If your looking for an amazing groomer with great prices, I would highly recommend taking yours to The Groovy Groomer! I couldn't imagine taking her anywhere else. Such amazing service!! This year for Christmas she even set up a little dog photo studio and took such cute pictures of the dogs she grooms! She's such a genuine person, you really couldn't ask for better!

We have been taking our dogs to Amber for a couple years now. She clearly cares about my pets more than giving them a quality haircut. She takes her time, gains their trust, and forms a bond with them. When our shih tzu was having health problems she asked about her and sent well wishes. When our new rescue was timid, she was extra careful with him. We love the pics she posts to Facebook with the backdrops! We rave about how good Groovy Groomer is and will continue to!

So my dog is super scared of everyone but it was nice and quiet in here, you can tell by the picture how happy and comfortable she looks. And I’m happy to say Amber actually spent an hour and a half on my dog. (Every other time I’ve gotten her a bath she is done in 30 minutes and comes out still smelly) Im very impressed

The team of ladies is not only gentle and compassionate, but they also communicate clearly about every step of the grooming process for our beloved Charlie girl. I’m so grateful we chose this place—Charlie emerged with a newfound confidence after her day with Amber. Her paws are trimmed to perfection, her coat is soft and smooth, and she smells absolutely delightful. You can just tell she knows she looks fabulous! What truly stands out is Charlie’s demeanor; she was calm and came out with a happy smile, a testament to the wonderful care and dedication of the team. Amber worked magic today with my 12 yr old shihtzu!!! No one until now has ever been able to tackle my girl’s nails and she did exactly what I asked her to with the face!! I have not been able to praise a groomer in soooo long. Customer forever!!

I was on the fence about reviewing The Groovy Groomer because I’d like to keep this place a secret lol but I gotta give Amber and her crew the credit due to them! Love how much they care about every fur baby that visits. The place is cozy, clean and I always feel welcomed when I walk through the doors even when the crew have their hands full to the brim in doggy fur:) Wishing you all much success and you will always have my business.
