Excellent service. Extremely friendly and amazing behavior. They patiently answer all questions. They give the best recommendations for pets. I went there to buy something for my cat and really enjoyed the experience. The lady there was very helpful, guided me a lot, and we had a great conversation. I highly recommend visiting!😻😻😻😻😻

I've been getting my raw food from them for a few months now (drive once a month from Longueuil) and Banjo has been doing amazing! Banjo has quite a few health issues (he's a tripod kitty) so I am always grateful for the advice they give me. Raw food is always so fresh and so easy to thaw and serve. Customer service is always top notch.

I've been buying from this store for quite some time without issues. Recently, however, I noticed that some of the raw food seemed like older prep/stock. I thought it would be fine as long as it was kept frozen. Unfortunately, my pet started having on-and-off diarrhea. After some investigation and an elimination diet, I realized the problem was an old batch (beef + pumpkin). Once I stopped giving that prep, the diarrhea resolved. Just a heads-up for other pet owners — you may want to check dates carefully and monitor your pet for any digestive issues.

It's always nice to go there, staff is really friendly and attentive. I love their raw food products I hope they will provide this variety for so many years to come <3 They treat my pets nicely and I usually find all that I need there (winter leggings, gear, etc for my dog and the meats/treats for spoiling my ferrets <3)

I really cannot express how integral Bailey Blu has been in keeping my four-legged family members in their best health over the years. In my experience, the veterinarians I went to recommended the foods they sell, and would / could not guide me as to how to feed or supplement my pets’ diets, beyond deferring to the products/brands they were selling. My first exchanges with Bailey Blu were for a tiny cat I had found and rescued, who over time had simply stopped eating the veterinary kibble I was advised to give her. She had a clean bill of health otherwise, but was totally off of her food. We took a chance and called Bailey Blu, and they were beyond helpful. What we got was nothing short of an education, and the woman who spoke with us gave us all the time in the world. We’ll never forget it. We went to their store following that, picked up a smattering of food (wet and dry) to try – which they offered to take back if it wasn’t to her taste. Well, the kitty loved it – and with the help of the new food and some supplementation, her fur and demeanor ameliorated as well. She was more playful and looked forward to eating, it was really monumental. Until the day she passed in 2020, she loved her food. Fast forward to 2022, and to an adoption of a rescue dog who doesn’t particularly enjoy eating and is finicky. Bailey Blu has saved the day again – and with their help, a lot of patience and great efforts, on our last visit to the veterinarian I was told his health / weight is perfect. There is so little hand-holding to be found in this area of pet care, so it is a great comfort to know there is somewhere to call for nutrition advice for pets where you will find a non-judgemental listening ear who can offer advice based on experience. They genuinely love animals, and they want every single one to thrive. They have also helped me keep my dog busy, dressed, groomed and entertained! Thank you for your wonderful service ...

I'm new to puppy parenthood and making sense of what's best for her diet is so confusing. I found this store on a whim and had an amazing first experience there a few months ago when purchasing a bed for my puppy. When I looked online and saw their raw-nutrition and overall store philosophy, I was so impressed! Went in today to ask questions and the owner was incredibly helpful! She made me feel welcomed and took time to recommend food amd training treats while educating me on pet nutrition. Absolutely LOVED my experience, this is someone who you can entrust your pet's wellbeing to! Will be going again, even if I live further away :)

Amazing small shop,great variety of pet food and toys. We get our specialty cat food here, wet and dry. Great staff, very knowledgeable ,and friendly!

I love Bailey Blu. They REALLY know their stuff where raw food is concerned and this is important when you're considering your beloved pet's nutrition.
