Went in today to buy some coral. Store was completely empty no customers. 3 grown men working not a single one said a greeting when we walked in. We looked around for 5 minutes, no labels, no prices, and no one to ask if we needed any help. Really odd behaviour. So we went somewhere else and spent a couple hundred to a store that greeted us with kindness and was actively attentive with helping us out. I recommend attending somewhere else, we chose Candy Corals not too far from this store. Much better prices and service was excellent!

Well, my experience was great, i just got some dry goods, but i will get back there for some corals, yes, they have some algae on some frags, but i will work myself arround and get the coral i want clean, i will make my way there soon again, owner and staff were great to me, awesome comunication.
My family and I set up our first aquarium, a 46 gal cichlid tank, before settling on this store we pretty much went in to and spoke with many other shops, what brought me back to this place was Jim's obvious enthusiasm for fish and his unbelievable amount of knowledge, not to mention his absolute willingness to share it all.
He pretty much guided me through every stage of setup and helped us pick compatible fish, with full explanations of what and why.
They never over tried to sell us anything, and their prices were fare and reasonable.
Great store, great selection, and most of all great people.
It's hard to find costumer service like this anymore.
