The staff are friendly and the place is clean and cozy. When I visited for the first time grooming, I was not happy with the results, however, the owner tried to make it up and offered another session with their professional groomer! And the results were much better than the first time. I visited the third time for the grooming when my dog had enough fur around her face and Nancy did a great job with the grooming and delivered the expected results. I would say ATD Cloubhouse is very patient and helpful with picky customers like myself. I recommend this place for the dedication and commitment they make to deliver the best results.

Catherine and Cassidy have been so helpful and accommodating with me and my 9 month old French Bulldog puppy. We’ve dropped our puppy off for a few daycare sessions and she has come back happy and exhausted, which has been amazing. They also sent ample photos and videos and you can see they do a great job paying close attention to their entire pack in house that day. I’ve also had them help coordinate boarding for our dog while we’ve been away on vacation recently and cannot say enough great things about that whole process and who they placed our dog with. I highly recommend looking into sending your dog here to tire them out, and know they will be in great hands.

When I adopted my Mia, a 9 year old shitzu, 4.5 years ago I was told no one wanted her because she barked at everything and never having been socialized to other dogs she was agressive towards others. She was found in a cage… Today, despite showing signs of dementia, Mia attends ATD daycare 2-3 times a week. Why? Because this daycare took the time to gain her trust and educated her on how to safely play with others dogs. ATD isn’t just a daycare: it’s a warm and safe “home away from home” for dogs to learn, grow, play and ultimately find themselves. To trust. To play. To be cared for by experts (the attendants) who have become like family to me. All dogs should attend ATD. It’s a gift all fur-parents should give their fur-babies: the chance to be loved and taught by experts who love them just as much as we love them. Thank you ATD for your patience, the priceless value you have brought to Mia’s life and teaching me to lean on experts to care for her.

Loved the experience! I left my dog here and it was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and made both me and my dog feel completely at ease. He had so much fun and came back happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. I loved how attentive everyone was and how comfortable the environment felt—it really gave me peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals, not just as clients but as little personalities they get to know. The whole experience was smooth, well-organized, and stress-free. My dog absolutely loved it, and I could see how much he enjoyed his time there. I’m so glad I chose this place and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to any pet parent looking for a safe, caring, and fun environment for their dog!

I’ve been bringing my dogs to ATD for over two years, and it has been an incredible addition to the neighborhood. The location is perfect—conveniently close to the metro and grocery stores—but it’s the staff that truly sets them apart. They are professional, loving, and incredibly accommodating. My dog, Epi, can be a bit shy, but their regular updates throughout the day always put me at ease. Plus, his grooming is consistently flawless—a huge thank you to Nancy!

We are obsessed with the clubhouse. ATD has been such an incredible addition to the neighbourhood. We regularly bring our very anxious and timid dog and the team could not be more patient, loving and accommodating. Our dog is the angel of our family and we do not leave her with others easily. She has also had several fantastic grooming experiences and always comes home calm, impeccably clean, and even more beautiful than when we dropped her off (this is hard ;)). Of honourable mention is the stunning aesthetic of the clubhouse: it has all the feels of a luxury salon/spa but the warmth and love of a small town business. You will know what I mean when you walk in the door!

We've been bringing our dog Gustave here for the past couple of months for doggy daycare and he absolutely loves the clubhouse! We've experienced the best care here. All of the staff are so personable and make our dog feel so loved and cared for. They always send us pictures and video updates and their communication is above and beyond! We really hope to keep bringing Gustave here forever because of the warm and welcoming environment, and the wonderful staff who make this place so special for all the dogs :) You can tell that their team is passionate and knowledgeable!

If you are looking for quality and think of your pets as family this is truly the place for you. I take my little Shiba (Copper) here whenever we are in town. The care and compassion of the staff and owner are unmatched. While it can be on the more expensive side of things it really is worth it to put him in the hands of trusted professionals who will treat your dog(s) with the love and respect they deserve. While Copper mostly goes for nail clippings and bath time all of the dogs there for daycare seem to be having the best of time and the ratio of humans to dogs is always great you know that they are truly in great, safe hands. If your dogs are your family and not simply a pet then this is the place for you.
