We love this location. Java is very happy to walk in there without hesitation. Usually she stops at the door but not here! They always do a great cut and are super friendly and caring!

Recommend this store 100%. There was a glitch in their inventory and an item I ordered was unavailable. Philip contacted me immediately to apologize and offer a customized shipping experience at no extra charge. Then it was hand delivered before I even expected. My fluffy girl now has an accessory that no one else will have and I am over the moon happy with the service. This is not my first purchase here and moving forward they will definitely be my go-to. I have a toy Pom and never thought it would be such a challenge to find gear that fit. This store has been my savior. Great people, great service, great selection and products. Thanks again!

They did a great job on my puppies grooming the other day; he’s very high energy and rambunctious and this was his first time getting professionally groomed so I wasn’t sure how it was going to go but they did a wonderful job and I can tell Finley is much happier now being clean and soft. They got me in on the same day that I called with a last-minute cancellation which I was sooo grateful for because they were booked up into November! Highly recommend :)

My dog went to this store for shower and trimming twice, and i have to say i am very disappointed every time. My dog is a black toysized poodle, and he seemed like a flat head monster after the trimming. And what made me so angry was that after last trimming, about 2 days, i found a scar began to scab on my dog's penis, about 1 cm, it was obviously a man-made scratch from the trimming. The staff didn't even mention a word to me about this. That was the worst experience ever. I would never come back again, and i have told all of my friends who have a pet dog not to come to this store.---To answer your question, your store is in Oak Bay of course not in USA. I have been living in Victoria for 5 years so don't be ridiculous or try to do any explanation. My dog went to your store for grooming on April 5th 2018. Check your schedule if there is a toy poodle. And do not try to call me to delete this review, I want every one who loves their dogs to know the truth.

Super friendly owners and staff! We come here to get our small dog's nails trimmed every two weeks. Although he doesn't love getting his nails done (by anyone), we know and trust that he's in good hands. They also carry lots of great leashes, collars, and clothes, as well as food and other great products. For a small store, they have a lot to offer. We bought a great sling to carry our tiny pooch in here and we love it. We also love to shop local and this is as local as it gets!

Fantastic experience!!! We are from the US, in Victoria for a few days. Called hoping to get our two little Schnauzers in for a bath and cut and were put on the cancellation list as there were no appointments before we left. Fortunately for us someone that had booked a two dog appointment cancelled. They called us and got us in the very next day. Just picked up the dogs and they came out perfectly! And happy as can be! Can’t recommend them enough! Love Bark, Bath & Beyond!

The fellow at the front cashier today was not who should be handling dogs. He grabbed my dog to take him to get his nails trimmed and I immediately said he’s had a broken back and to not grab him like that. My dog wouldn’t go with him and he was trying to drag him. He said I couldn’t go into groomers which I wasn’t - I was fully capable of taking my dog to the back and handing him off. The man said “he doesn’t want to walk to the back? Well “ sorta indicating he was a problem. This is a 14 year old dog! With arthritis and having had back surgery and hip problems. You don’t just grab a customers dog without asking? And then pull him. Completely should not be working in a pet store if you can’t assess your customers needs. His tone was rude and seemed to not be able to handle 3 customers in his store. However, The groomer here is excellent ! She’s so good with my dog. I’m giving the 2 stars to her!!? The last time I was in - Dec 2022 the price for a nail trim was $15 but is now $20? I asked the man behind the counter why so expensive? He said that’s the going rate which is not true. Most nail trims are between $10-15. I asked if they were still doing $5 of that to animal organization donations and he said “we haven’t done that for years” but in the next breath explained that $10 goes to the groomer and $10 goes to an organization? This dude was terrible. Won’t go here again but will miss the groomer.

We're incredibly thankful for the staff here. They handle our 10-pound Chihuahua/Rat Terrier's nail trims with such care and skill. He's quite the drama king during his nail appointments, but he always struts out of there feeling like a champ, especially when he gets a treat from behind the cash register. We also picked up a Hunter dog carry bag from here awhile back, and it's made a world of difference for us!

I have shopped at this establishment in the past and have been pleased. Just a suggestion to perhaps have some clear signage for how curbside pickup happens ...
