I had a great experience with Bark N Scratch! Their selection of pet food is impressive, and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I opted for home delivery, which was fast and convenient. My pets loved the new food! I highly recommend them for all your pet needs.

I love this place. The employees are always friendly and helpful, they have a huge inventory of pet supplies and they offer free delivery (in the neighbourhood.) Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend.

My experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Staff is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and friendly. I’ve been buying my dog’s food here for years and needed to change it due to my new puppy’s sensitivity. The recommended food solved the problem and they also delivered same day when I couldn’t make it before closing due to work. Thank you!

The owner Ray really goes above and beyond here! He's listened to stock requests, special ordered my pets' food in bulk, and even offered the use of the store's dolly when I was struggling to get the 50 pound box home on a hot day! Do yourself a favour: skip the chain stores and go here for great service!

Purchased a catnip toy and treats for my cat today. The staff there were absolutely lovely. My cat loves the treats and toy, so I'll definitely be back to buy more.

I love this place, the owner has quite literally watched my dog grow up so I may be a little bias. Since the first say I went into this store the owner was very kind and she was very patient and willing to offer good helpful advice when asking about products. This place is very underrated and one of the cheapest stores I've been to for good quality dog food. It's small but it's packed with so many essential things for your pet.

I have been a neighbor of Bark and Scratch for nearly 13 years. Shopped at this store for my siamese cats for years. This store offers a personal touch to their customers, and they are very knowledgeable when it comes to recommending the proper foods for your pets. Big box stores don't have the same feel and personal welcoming as Bark and Scratch. Shop at this store and you'll know what I mean.

Very patientl, friendly and listening. They charge you the prices for photos you should be charged. Keep you in the loop of things. Thoroughly reccommend them.
