Alina was amazing! My dogs loved her! 10/10 going back again. Idk what these other reviews are, maybe competitors, because she was fantastic especially with my bigger dog who's nervous around new people. Give her a chance! Some say she's unprofessional in texting, but she was just to the point. How much, where to meet what dogs to expect. To me that's business professional. She also had no issues coming to a building that used to be a problem building. Therefore that's why I think a lot here are competing business slander reviews.
Partly my mistake, when we got there itwas filthy poop all over dog pen, tools on ground. I just figured it was a busy place and she hadn't had time between appt. Benefit of the doubt. When I got back she had my 16week old 6lb dog in a cage with 2 other larger dogs. I was furious seeing mine still was a puppy and anything could have happened thank God all was good. There was still poop all over and the place in shambles. It wasn't until I had her home I noticed the butchy hair cut. The whole experience left us upset with ourselves and the groomer. She said as we were leaving hope to see you again I can promise that's a NEVER!!!!

This was the most unprofessional person, bar none, that I have ever dealt with. She arrived late, her grooming tools were inferior and in poor repair and some tools non-functioning (I had to get my own tools out to supplement her inferior ones) instructions regarding the groom were ignored, she never cleaned up - in fact she tracked dog hair all over the place, brushing it off as she went and spreading it with her pant legs which dragged on the ground, she was in her bare feet, she over charged - told me I had to pay mileage which which had not been mentioned before. I even made her lunch as she said she had missed lunch. The dogs coat is uneven, the hair between the toes and pads were barely touched, ears not cleaned, the bath was the fastest in history. I specifically asked for his nails to be Dremeled and she "forgot" her Dremel. I'm a retired groomer. I know what I am talking about. I hired this person to come to our home to groom our dog, as my husband and I both are recovering from surgery. However, it was a fruitless endeavour as I will have to re-groom him from scratch and he'll have to endure another bath to get the rest of the shampoo from his coat. Do not hire this woman - it will be a total waste of your time and money.

She has no clue what she is doing, she didn't bath my dog after she ruined his entire coat. Didn't brush his teeth or clean his ears. Terrible service, awful groomer. I would never ever in ny life take my dog here ever again.
