I recently left my 8-month-old puppy, Migo , at Beverley Hills Doggy Hotel (38 Ellesmere Road, Scarborough,Canada) while I was away on vacation for 10 days, and I couldn’t be happier with the care he received!
From the moment I dropped him off, Tatiana and her amazing team made me feel completely at ease. They were warm, professional, and genuinely passionate about caring for the dogs. Throughout Migo’s stay, they kept me updated every single day with pictures and videos, which truly showed how happy and well taken care of he was. It meant so much to see him playing, socializing, and enjoying his time there!
When I returned, Migo was cheerful, healthy, and clearly had the best time. It’s evident that the staff treat every dog like their own. The facility was clean, well-organized, and had a friendly atmosphere that made it easy to trust them with my pup.
I’m so grateful for the outstanding service and loving care provided by Tatiana and her team. I highly recommend Beverley Hills Doggy Hotel to any pet owner looking for a safe, reliable, and caring place for their furry family members. Migo will definitely be back for future stays! 🐾❤️

I had a wonderful experience with Beverly Hills Doggie Hotel during our Christmas vacation. I left my dog there while I was traveling with my children, and I felt completely at ease the whole time. The staff were caring, attentive, and truly seemed to love the animals in their care. My dog was happy, well-fed, and full of energy when I picked her up — she clearly had a great time and didn’t seem stressed or lonely at all.
The facility was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, which gave me a lot of confidence as a pet owner. It’s clear that they take hygiene and comfort seriously. I really appreciated the peace of mind knowing my furry family member was in good hands.
I would definitely recommend Beverly Hills Doggie Hotel to anyone looking for a safe, loving, and reliable place to board their pet while traveling. We’ll absolutely be back!

More then happy with the services at the ‘Beverly Hills Doggie Hotel’ My pom Frosty is more of a indoor puppy, he’s around myself and the family majority of the time so he doesn’t really get the opportunity to be around other dogs. Having look into places to have my dog looked after I came across this hotel. As many owners would be, my parents and I were so hesitant. Not only would he be away from us but he would also be around others pups/dogs, not knowing how he’d react. After talking to the owner and hearing about the services, she made us feel more secure of the way they provide for the dogs. Making a decision and taking Frosty to the hotel was made, I receive numerous adorable photos, calls were also made keeping me updated with how Frosty was doing! We are so happy with the services provided and the Beverly Hills Doggie Hotel, and Frosty will most definitely be coming back! Thank you.
Second pic is how she’s supposed to look with a fresh groom - your typical standard doodle/teddy haircut. I decided to try this new place for the first time and picture number one is how it turned out. She looks like a completely different dog. Not to mention the owner was unprofessional and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. She was rude to me on the phone and blamed it on the fact she was driving in traffic. Lame excuse. They also told me every dog turns out different and it won’t always look like the professional photos (Originally I had showed them a traditional standard teddy cut from a Pinterest photo). I’ve had different groomers before and it’s never been an issue. My my dog is going to look like this for the holidays and I’m not happy about it. Paid $96 for me dog to look absolutely stupid. They didn’t even offer me a discount or some money back. Oh also to mention when I picked up my dog she was absolutely mortified and confused acting weirder than usual. She’s quite used to getting groomed every 3-4 months and I have never seen her act the way she was acting. She was very needy, scared and traumatized. Only positive thing I can say is that they were very quick she was done in an hour and a half, but with the quality of the cut it makes sense. They put zero effort into it.
