Tony and his team are absolutely fantastic! We are fairly new fish keepers and had a few issues getting our tanks going. Tony and his team have been with us every step of the way, always taking the time to answer many questions and giving great advice. If you have issues with equipment they are happy to help trouble shoot it with you. Stock here is always health and happy. You can tell the people who work here love what they do.

Big Al's Aquarium is a fish and fish supply wonderland. I have loved in London my entire life, yet I only recently discovered this little slice of paradise. They have the healthiest fish, and the knowledge to help you select what best suits your fish family expansion. They also carry other items too, like some reptile gear. Say HI! To the Bearded Dragon on the way in and feel free to bring some Kale for the Turtles (yes they have some rather large turtles in a big open face aquarium that you can feed!). Your kids will love this place, you will love this place, don't forget your wallet. Suddenly you will want aquarium upgrades. Hahaha

This is a great store full of healthy and vibrant fish.
Huge selection of equipment , supplies and food.
Clean and well kept stock tanks.
10/10 customer service.
Lots of employees around to take a call to check stock before you make a trip.
I made the trip out for some hillstream loaches and I'm so pleased with them. See you again soon. Thank you!

they seem to really care and love for their fish, but i was looking for advice on my pet axolotl since food is harder to come by in the winter, and wanted to ask a few questions about feeder fish… etc. i waited roughly 30 minutes and was ignored every time i tried to ask, and even was basically pushed out of the way for them to help someone else. i understand that it can be busy but, i waited a long time and customers who were there after me were getting helped before me, and i wasn’t being seen seriously to the workers, and eventually just left after being pushed aside and ignored…

This is a Great Store!! Staff is polite ,extremely helpful and the store has a nice size selection of both fresh water and saltwater fish to choose from!! They also supply several water solutions for every need to help with any issues you may have with your own Tanka's well as different foods and remidies for fish!! Oh let's not forget the turtles they are cool to see , the Owner is also very pleasent has many years of experience and knowledgde and will offer excellent advice to anyone who has any questions!!
This is a Great store and will be an interesting experience ,Should you decide to check it out!! I did and I love it , now I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

love Big Al’s! They have a wide variety of fish, and their prices are generally more affordable than other places. What I love most, though, are their plants—they’re lush, healthy, and reasonably priced. I bought this betta and plant from there. Satisfied 😌
