I couldn’t ask for better care for my Quaker parrot!
This was my first time leaving him with someone else other than family so I was quite anxious. Samantha was incredibly communicative, catering, friendly and obviously has extensive experience caring for parrots. She would send us daily updates, including photos and videos. She immediately put all of my worries at ease and I felt like my baby was in the best hands!
She gave my parrot ample out of cage time, provided great mental stimulation for him and when he came home he seemed so happy! On top of all of the great care she provided, she also gave us the sweetest gifts (an adorable framed picture of my parrot and a container with his name imprinted on it).
Overall, I definitely plan to use her boarding services again and I would 10/10 recommend her to anyone with a parrot!! Thank you so much Samantha!

I am very grateful for their amazing service and personalized treatment of both our bird and us. Receiving daily updates was sweet and reassuring for me and my son! And gifts at the end were something beyond our expectations!!!

After reading the amazing reviews and watching several of Bird Sitting Toronto’s YouTube videos (which are both educational and entertaining), I decided to bring my Green Cheek Conure, Elvis, in for a nail trim.
Samantha was fantastic—professional, punctual, and most importantly very attentive to my feathered baby. It’s clear she truly cares about the birds she works with, which made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free.
Nothing but high praise for the outstanding service. I highly recommend Bird Sitting Toronto to anyone looking for trustworthy avian care. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Bird Sitting Toronto (BTS)! I adopted a conure named Biju, and he has been such a joy from the very first moment. As soon as I brought him home and opened the cage, he jumped right onto my shoulder and didn’t want to leave—he’s incredibly adorable and affectionate.
Samantha, the organizer, was amazing throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond by providing a large cage, a travel cage, and even some food—all free of charge. What truly touched me was her kindness and reassurance—she told me that if I ever feel unable to care for Biju, I can bring him back with no problem at all.
I can’t thank BTS and Samantha enough for this precious gift of life. Biju has brought so much happiness into my home, and I’m truly grateful. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to adopt or get support with birds!

I hated to do it, but had to find a new home for our 9 year Conure “Tooty”...Could not care for her anymore due of wife’s illness. Wasn’t sure how to go about finding a home for her till we found Samantha. Her service was amazing. Found a family that adopted Tooty within a week!! Sent me a bio of the family she found and definitely put my mind at ease about where she was going. I know she’ll be well taken care of!! Highly recommend Samantha for re-homing or bird sitting.

BST took care of my love bird for a week, everything was done in a real professional way before we actually took her to stay, frequent updates, what to expect etc. During her stay at BST we received daily updates in the evenings with videos and pictures of our bird, this was really wonderful to have, knowing that you can still be close to her though in mind and pictures. Samantha and her husband welcome us on arrival and pickup. I would say from all indication she was kept good, her cage was clean when we pick her up and we felt relaxed knowing that our love bird is in good hands. Samantha and her husband also have several birds of their own and have shown and displayed care and patience in ensuring our bird was well kept for the week. We certainly would recommend BST to anyone.
Fantastic bird sitting experience. I was in need to find a new bird sitter for my Meyer’s parrot and Bird Sitting Toronto was a perfect location which provided excellent care and daily updates.
This was my first experience using Bird Sitting Toronto and I will definitely be returning. Samantha is very friendly and approachable and responded to all my questions or concerns in a timely manner.
After a 2 week stay I picked up my parrot to bring her home. When we got home, my parrot was loving and happy and playful and I could tell that she was well taken care of during her stay at Bird Sitting Toronto.
