I have been bringing my 2 dogs (now just one) here for many years and they are fantastic! They are very knowledgeable about the breeds and the cuts always look great. My little girl Foxxi is a pom with high anxiety and sharp teeth. They always do a fantastic job with her and I never have any issues (except when she got a little bitey with Candy, sorry Candy!!) They always take photos for the holidays, thank god she is on meds...they would never get her to pose!! Lol I drive in from Chilliwack to get her groomed and it is so worth it! My Lil devil 😈 will not go anywhere else for her girl spa day! Love you ladies, keep up the great work!!
When someone loves their job you can always tell. Candy and Kristen made us feel so welcome and eased our worries about leaving our dogs, KoKo and Chanel with them for the first (definitely not last) time. If you’re thinking about bringing your dog here TAKE THIS AS A SIGN and do it NOW!!
We took our morkie Mickey to Tender Pawz and couldn’t be more impressed. He’s had some rough experiences at vets and groomers in the past, so I was nervous, but this was hands down his best experience yet.
The team at Tender Pawz was so kind and gentle with him, and it made a huge difference. He looks like an adorable little teddy bear! His coat was soft, neatly trimmed, smelled great and he seemed genuinely happy and relaxed, which is a first.
Huge thanks to the staff for taking such great care of Mickey. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Just got back from taking Finn to his first ever grooming appointment. Was a little worried, as I know sometimes people don't know how to trim aussies.... The girls did an awesome job though and very reasonably priced. Also didn't mind that I was a little late picking him up and let him hang out and be his nosy self. Finn looks great and is super pleased with himself 😂
Thanks guys, will definitely be coming back.

My dog has been going to Tender Pawz for over 3 years now. My dog has monthly grooming visits. I can't say enough good stuff about these ladies. Their grooming skills are excellent. I get compliments about my dog’s cut all the time. Even the day before a groom people have complimented on how he just looked like he got groomed. My dog isn’t an easy one to groom but Tender Pawz has always taken their time with him. They do special pictures every season and they are flexible with times. They are organized, communicate well and do the little things that make a huge difference. Like bow ties!
I would highly recommend Tender Pawz!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Candy and Kristen and had them groom my bichon puppy. He looked wonderful when I arrived, they did an excellent job on his trim. I was really happy that he had his own appointment time and was only there for as long as he needed to be. He was relaxed and didn't seem stressed, even though this was his first professional grooming. Thank you ladies very much, Little Rickey will be back to see you soon !
