I’m giving 2 stars only because the original lady I spoke with was very nice. 2 weeks ago, I called and made an appt for my cat to be groomed. I mentioned we adopted her a year ago, that she’s on a weight loss journey and has a hard time grooming certain areas. The lady told me they could do a medicated shampoo and a good brush for her. I packed her up and brought her in for her 9:00 appt and the lady working there was extremely rude and looked at me like I was crazy when I told her she hasn’t been groomed before. She said there’s no way of bathing her and that they need to be bathed as kittens so they get used to it. Didn’t seem to have a record of me calling, she asked if Molly was a cat or a Dog. Very unprofessional. There is a way of speaking to people, and this woman was awful! I hope she treats animals better than she does people. Edit- this was never explained to me. It was an immediate no we can’t do it. She wouldn’t have attacked anyone she was grouchy will all the nosies. Perhaps your the one I spoke to originally ? The last I dealt with just refused and sent me on my way.
