I've had a fantastic experience with Creature Comforts HVAC. We recently contacted them to have a combi boiler installed and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish.
Grant was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is friendly, responsive, and highly professional. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and his depth of knowledge was immediately clear. What really stood out was his passion for his work and the genuine care he brings to his customers. He took the time to walk me through every step, answering all of my questions and making sure I understood the process.
Our home is very old, and the venting requirements were quite challenging, but Grant was determined to find the right solution and ensure the job was done properly. It’s clear he puts a lot of thought and effort into his work, going above and beyond to deliver quality results.
He was also incredibly responsive and able to come quickly when needed, which we really appreciated. Despite what I’m sure is a busy schedule, he was always patient, never rushed, and took the time to make sure everything was done right.
It’s rare to find a company that is this attentive, responsive, and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Creature Comforts HVAC and will absolutely be using their services again in the future.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to the entire Creature Comfort HVAC team for their exceptional service. From start to finish, I was thoroughly impressed by how fast, friendly, and professional everyone was.
We recently had an issue with our furnace and decided it was time for a replacement. I filled out a consultation request on the Costco website one afternoon, and to my surprise, Grant reached out almost immediately. We scheduled a consultation for 9 am the very next day. Grant arrived right on time, explained our options and in less than 0.5 hr he had provided a clear and comprehensive quote.
Later that same day, after Dale and Helen responded to my questions (Thank you! ), around 3 or 4 pm, we made the decision to move forward with replacing both our furnace and water heater. The efficiency of your team was remarkable—by 8:30 the following morning, your crew arrived ready to get started. They replaced the furnace, installed the new water heater, handled all the piping, and wrapped everything up by 1 pm.
