Nici and team were great with my little guy who always had a really tough time getting his nails trimmed. They were patient and calm, and could always fit us in if we had last minute needs. Would definitely recommend them to all in the Hamilton area

A friend of mine works here, Bri. Very professional and very efficient. Never have any waiting time, always finds time for me and my 2 dogs. And always treats them as they are her own! I don't feel comfortable bringing my pups anywhere else than Bri for their nail trimmings!

Nici and staff provided an excellent, all-round grooming service for our little Maltese, Lola. An anxious dog by nature, ‘hair-cut-day’ was never a pleasant experience for either Lola or her ‘parents’. This all changed when we discovered Pawsh Paws, a hidden gem in a cosy house on Houghton Street. Nici’s warm and caring personality, and her obvious passion for her work and her canine clientele made Lola feel right at home. I only wish we had Nici groom Lola from the beginning, however, for last 7 years of our girl’s life, grooming was no longer something we dreaded - it was wonderful to see her so relaxed both before and after her appointments. Nici made it very convenient to book Lola’s appointments via an online calendar, and she always had Lola finished when she said she would. Maltese fur is difficult to cut, but Nici and staff groomed Lola with consummate skill and attention to detail: we had many compliments on her haircuts over the years. I would recommend Pawsh Paws to any dog owner…you won’t be disappointed.

We started taking Oko to Nici because we wanted to keep up on her grooming (poodle cross) but we’re having trouble with the cost of a lot of grooming services. Nici’s prices are not only incredibly reasonable (our little energetic bean struggles with sitting still and thinks getting brushed is a game) but Oko has made a friend in Nici’s dog and when we ran late for pick up once she even took Oko for a walk. Drop off for grooming now is like dropping off your kid at a birthday party. Not even a good bye mom, just straight lunges for the door.

We cannot say enough good things about Nici and Marissa. Nici has groomed our rescue dogs for years, and always makes time to squeeze in any last minute fosters (and when you have a stinky pup fresh off of a day long transport, this is SO appreciated). We are so grateful to have groomers that we trust, especially as the pup parents of senior, rambunctious bully mix (shoutout Marissa - Levi loves you!). We can't imagine taking our dogs to anyone else.

Nici is a phenomenal dog groomer! My dog has had horrible experiences with other groomers, resulting in anxiety and aggression. However, Nici was able to groom him with no problems at all. She took the time to work with my dog and make sure that he is comfortable. The best part is that my dog is happy and nicely groomed. You won't be disappointed!

The best possible service for dog grooming in town! Bri did a phenomenal job with Guinness, he looks and feels like a million bucks! Would also like to add that Frye gets regular pawdicures with Nici and she is the sweetest!

They take excellent care of our dog, who is always excited to go for her grooming appointment. Our dog is obviously well treated, and she always comes out looking and smelling great with adorable little bows in her ears. Nici is flexible and accommodating, and making appointments is easy and personable.
