They always do an amazing job with my dog, Summer! It’s the only grooming place she actually likes. Summer can be a bit difficult, but the team handles her with such patience and care every time. Highly recommend!

When we moved to the area I was stuck with a very dirty old English sheepdog. I looked everywhere. I understand. In the groomers défense if they can do a miniature poodle for the same asking price .. finally found a groomer in Oakville for 250.00 very expensive.. in anticipation of using the machines they supply I gave dog gone a ring.. well Cathy was great and it’s been a year. Almost five appointments and I couldn’t be happier!!! Sandy loves it. VERY VERY affordable. Convient booking.. literally on a Sunday! Great place I definitely think we are blessed to have a nice family based business here in Hamilton!

Edit: since you want to reply with absolute lies. When we called, you were on speaker and we verified with you more than once that it was $10 for 15 minutes. Let’s be real, we asked to pay debit and you saw an opportunity to scam people. If we had of put a $10 bill inside of that machine it wouldn’t ask for more money. You guys are scamming people, AND your establishment is in no way professional. It looked as though there were homeless people camping inside and it smelled so bad. If you want to go to lengths of saying we didn’t pay for something when you clearly told us a price and your machine also states that same price you told us, then that’s clearly SCAMMING. Maybe you didn’t call the police because you didn’t want them to see the state of your “business”. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. And I don’t normally write a bad review, and I wouldn’t have and just left it but then they tried to scam us. So now, I’m not playing nice. We called this morning to inquire about self dog washing and the cost and time they open. We were informed over the phone that it was $10 for 15 minutes. And that’s more than enough time for us, we wash our dog every 2 weeks and that’s what we usually pay at every other self wash. She also told us she’s not there yet and will get there at 10. Okay fine, nothing wrong with the time. So we go there and bring all of our own supplies.. soap, creams, towels etc. Before we’ve even entered the building we are looking inside the door and honestly confused about why it looks like a dump. It wasn’t clean, it smelled really bad and there was just junk everywhere. I was about to turn away and say no way… but they saw us and spoke to us and they seemed kind. So we decided to proceed because our dog has allergies and she really needed a bath. So we go into the back and get ourselves set up and they give us a token so we can pay debit after. We get to washing her and our time timed out, so the one guy comes over and puts another token in.. and I mean okay that’s nice of you but I didn’t ask and we were finished anyways. I wasn’t spending more than 15 minutes in this place if you paid me. So I go out to the car with my dog and my wife stays in to pay by debit for the self clean. Then this lady tries to charge us $30!!! Thirty dollars. My wife respectfully said no you told us the price was $10 for 15 minutes. Then they proceeded to suggest calling the police. I’m just so disappointed and sick, that any of this is okay, I knew we shouldn’t have went in there and just waited an extra day… I’d understand if they did the washing and we had to pay for their service but we washed our dog and only used the tub and water. We definitely won’t be going back here and we definitely won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

BE AWARE!!! I never seen such a crappy job in my life, my dog looks like someone went over him with a lawn mover. The place is fuilty, the owners are old bearly move.Told me come 9 o’clock, I was there , but they waren’t. I called her, she has 10 in her book that’s one lie. I asked the price she gave me 30$ when we paid it was 45$ I would never use their services again! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone…

My dog got sprayed one evening and we were desperate for help. We called Dog Gone Clean after business hours and they agreed to stay open to help him. We took our boy in and the owner gave him a very deep de-skunk bath. She spent so much time on him. My husband, Buddy and I appreciate all your hard work and kindness.

I took my Chihuahua here two days ago. She desperately needed her nails cut. I had tried numerous times but she just wouldn't let me do it. Anyways, they were able to do it no problem. What a relief! They were fantastic with her she is a nervous little thing. Their customer service was top notch and as if that wasn't enough they put a bow tie on her and took an adorable picture for a keep sake for me. Let's just say we will definitely be going back!

The do it yourself dog bath place. It's the perfect and affordable place to bath any size dog. Definitely a place to check out if you're a dog owner/lover.
