We had an elderly dog who used to get very stressed anywhere we took him, so finding the right grooming place meant a lot to us. Even though this place was quite far from our home, we kept bringing him here because of how kind, patient, and caring everyone was. They always made both us and our dog feel comfortable and welcomed. You can really tell they genuinely care about animals, especially older dogs who need extra patience and attention. We’re truly grateful for the way they treated him. Thank you so much.

I recently visited Ellen’s Pet care dog grooming place, and unfortunately, I had a rather disappointing experience.
I took my 5-kilo dog there for grooming, enticed by their starting price of $80 for small dogs.
However, I have received a call from them after dropping my dog that she is very tangled and a full, complete shave is the only way to go (clearly not very experienced in consultation). This discrepancy left a bad taste in my mouth from the start.
The grooming itself was far from satisfactory. My dog's nails were not trimmed properly, and her ears and mouth were unevenly groomed, indicating a lack of attention to detail. What concerned me even more was the state in which I found my dog when I picked her up. She appeared sad, starving and thirsty, and her overall demeanor seemed quite upset. This careless approach to her well-being was disheartening.
I was left with the impression that the staff lacked professionalism and a genuine care for the animals they were entrusted with. The experience was far from what I had hoped for, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to other pet owners. At this point, I believe a refund would be a fair resolution, as the service provided fell far short of acceptable standards.
Ellen is super and she did a good job. My cat looks glorious! A little bit choppy, but after a few days it will look better - just like any haircut.
Prices are good compared to other locations you can go to. It's a cute little place, very welcoming.

I am fostering a young, very nervous male cat who has not even let me get close to his paws.
I was able to get an appointment very quickly and went to see Ellen today. Ellen took him right away when we anrrived and he was extremely comfortable with her. She definitely has a way with anxious cats. He was calm and happy with Ellen. His nail trim was done quickly and smoothly. I was thrilled! I will be back for future nail trim with him and any other future foster cats that I am responsible for. Thanks again Ellen!
