BEWARE!! Took our 3 month old puppy in to get tear ducts cleaned as requested by our vet. They didn’t acknowledge what happened until we asked why our puppy was bleeding. Said it was our fault for not requesting the bath option first. Took her to the vet right after and they cleaned her up and patched up the wound. $170 vet bill later, and I still had to pay the $70 Fluff bill for their massacre. Should have read all the other bad reviews they already have - my hard lesson learned.
NEVER GO HERE. Go to ‘No Bones About It’. Trust me.
First time taking my Aussiedoodle puppy Millie to Fluff for a full groom experience, and I couldn't be happier with the result! Love that this is a cage free environment, she came back tired and happy. Felicia did an amazing job and gave us exactly what we asked for. (Before & after pics + photo that we used for reference)
My last Groom was a bomb. I have a poodle and asked for face and feet to be shaved. I emphasized it as the last groom they did not shave the feet.
I picked him up with unshaved feet, then when to got home I noticed poo on his untidy bum. Anyone that has a ppodle knows the bum gets shaved. You can see in the picture it's not. The face was not finished nor was belly area.
Sadly, I was only offered to bring him back to fix. I gave a $30 tip as I paid before noticing the feet. No refund of any kind was offered.
That's two visits, two bad grooms. Won't be back.
Great service. They always do a great job of deshedding my chocolate lab and giving her back clean and well groomed. My dog doesn’t like the process but they do a good job keeping her calm and always welcome her back with open arms. If you are looking for a place to groom your furry loved one, this is the place to go!

Highly unprofessional business. I’ve had issues with them for the last 6-12 months, whether it was forgetting to cut my dogs nails or administration issues. The first admin issue was that the individual I was initially trying to book the grooming appointment with did not understand what I was trying to communicate to them (which was a simple groom) multiple times on the phone, and I decided to just not go ahead with the groom. Further, after deciding to give them another chance later on - they proceeded to cancel my booking because the owners wanted to take an additional day off. When I spoke with their staff a second time during this incident, they began making up an excuse telling me that a groomer was unwell which was clearly untrue given that 1) they did not initially tell me this on the phone, and 2) they have more than one groomer. I would highly recommend that other individuals living in the beaches, or around the area visit other establishments to ensure that they, as customers, get treated with respect and so do their dogs.
I had my dog groomed here last year 2022 around October. My dog seemed fine and well groomed but when I checked his paw, almost all of his nails seem to have bled as the nail had dried blood. I called in asking the situation and, at first they tried to explain how my dog was not stable during the blow dry and they had to put him in a cage and that’s where he got his blood. ABSOLUTELY NO! I know how to cut dog’s nails and the blood was from cutting the nails really short
After continuing to ask what really happened hundreds of times instead of their excuses, they did admitt that the groomer at the time did bleed my dog’s nails by cutting it too short and that they will be fired immediately- which they made me feel guilty for, when it’s clearly not my fault that the groomer cut my dog’s nails too short and made them bleed. They did offer me a full refund at the end but I haven’t been to this place since this happened. Anyways I hope if you do get groomed here to check your dogs thoroughly after they get groomed.
First and last time customer. Went for a walk-in nail trim because my normal place was closed for an emergency. My dog came out after an oddly long time and I paid and left. Got home to realize that her nails had NOT been trimmed at all, not a single one. All they did was take my money. Never again.
