I cannot say enough good things about Alexis. I’ve trusted her with Tuffy and Jasper for as long as I can remember. Tuffy had a previous grooming experience elsewhere where his ear was cut, so finding someone patient and trustworthy meant everything to me. Alexis has been nothing short of amazing—so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring with both of my dogs. You can tell she truly loves what she does. I wouldn’t take them anywhere else and 100% recommend her ❤️

I can’t say enough good things about Alexis! She has been absolutely wonderful with my Mini Schnauzer and she always takes the time to achieve the classic Schnauzer cut that I love. The breed-specific details are done beautifully, and Lola always comes home looking fantastic, clean, and well-groomed. What I appreciate most is how patient, caring, and gentle Alexis is with her. Lola is very comfortable with Alexis , which gives me complete peace of mind. This is one of the reason why I have followed Alexis from a previous Grooming salon to Furfection Dog Spa. It’s clear she truly understands the breed and take pride in her work. If you’re looking for a groomer who knows how to properly groom a Mini Schnauzer and genuinely cares about your dog, I highly recommend her

A big shout out to Amber yet another amazing groom for my 2 dogs. She really knows her dogs and with my def dog Lilly who has some hip issues always grooms her to perfection. 5 years I’ve been using Amber and never have either of my 2 girls ever come away with anything but perfection. We’ve been regularly taking our dog Toby to Amber for grooming since 2022, and every visit has consistently been excellent! After trying several other grooming salons, we finally found one who consistently does an incredible job. Toby always comes home very happy and looking amazing. Had an incredible experience here today from start to finish! We were running late because of traffic and they treated that with so much kindness. After rough experiences at other places, They took our 1 year old Bernedoodle and treated her with respect and she was so happy and wagging her tail when we arrived. Other places she had been crying and went home and straight to bed, and she is playful and happy, which tells me she wasn’t overly stressed! Extremely grateful and will be returning soon for a full groom!

I took my 5 month old chocolate lab Larry to Furfection for the first time (he’s never been to a groomers yet) and he had a blast!!! The ladies there were so good with him and praised him for his good behaviour. They treated him with love like he was their own, and I felt 100% comfortable leaving him in their care. When I picked him up they dressed him up in a cute little neck tie, and sure enough he passed right out on the drive home from all the fun he had. Will be going here from now on. Thank you Furfection!!

My Monster Kobe(lil shih-pom) has been going here for about 2 Month now! The staff and service has always been awesome!! i asked to make him look like a Teddy Bear i came back and he looked like a real live Teddy Bear lol Last time my puppy obviously realized he did not like being at the groomers and was being a little crazy the girls gave me some advise on how to calm him but i don't k now how well that worked LOL he is A Monster but we will see when he goes on Sat! Wont take him anywhere else :) Highly recommend!

Have been taking both my dogs to Alexis for years now and recently took both to Furfection as Alexis moved there and will never go anywhere else. Alexis can instantly calm my nervous pups and does an amazing job always! The Salon it's self is beautiful and everyone is so nice and kind and made the whole experience very enjoyable.
