I love this pet store!! I can't seem to find any other pet store that has all of the treats my dog likes in one place. The people working there are always so happy and upbeat, super social. Im obsessed with the welcome party I get full of dogs and an occasional cat, puts me in such a good mood. They have lots of great deals, good rewards programs, and I love that of my dog doesn't like something I can return it or even donate it back so they can donate it to other animals that need it. Keep up the great work!
We love Marda Loop Global Pet Foods. Everyone who works here is so friendly, and treats our dog, Steve, with so much kindness. We’ve been coming here for years, and I met the owner, Megan, just a few days ago. You’d never know, because everyone who works here treats the store and the dogs who “shop” there like their own. Thank you Megan and team for keeping this neighbourhood institution running. Grateful for places like this in our community!

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this pet shop. The staff member acted as if she was doing me a favor just by being there. I came in for a kennel, and although she pointed me to it, she didn’t offer help carrying it—even though I was with my dog and it was heavy. She only asked if I needed help once I’d already brought it to the counter myself. When I had an issue with my card, she made the situation even more awkward. The only kind gesture was giving my dog a treat. Overall, not a pleasant experience.
Wholesome place. My partner and I have been purchasing from this location for years. Always friendly staff, and great prices.
Today I walked in, greated by a happy puppy, and helped very quickly by staff. They didn't have small tins of my cats food, I didn't mind, but the staff gave me a reusable lid!

The website said they carry reptile supplies but the location only carries cat and dog supplies. The girl working there explained to us that every location is individually owned and operated so every location is different. She was very nice and friendly.
The store seemed very well organized, clean, and tidy.
