Great and very knowledgeable staff. They have a little of everything to suit your pets needs. They also have loyalty rewards on certain foods eg. buy 11 get 12th free. They have some pets owned by store ( guinea pigs, birds ), and have cats for adoption at times.

I have been coming to this store for years to buy my pet food and the staff have always been so friendly and knowledgeable! I am even more grateful to have recently had them recommend a product that has significantly improved my senior dog’s health and I can’t thank them enough. Recently my elder fur child suffered a health scare and part of the fallout of his illness was losing large amounts fur very rapidly for no apparent reason. After multiple expensive vet visits and blood work with no answers I just assumed my boy would have to live with his condition. I happened to mention this while in this store and was recommended a holistic tonic for his coat. It’s only been a month and I am seeing a HUGE difference. His coat is soft again and the balding patches are all growing in! Thank you for all that you do, I will continue shopping here and I recommend others to do the same!

Shot out to the girl working Wednesday evening! After having a not so helpful experience at another pet store that evening, I came here for the first time. The young lady who was working was great. I have a cat who has been having issues with constipation this week, and I've been worried sick that she was obstructed by a hairball. The young lady who helped me was extremely kind and knowledgeable, and directed me towards hairball gel, and gave advice about the best way to get her to take it. I am so grateful I decided to stop here. She had her first dose last night, and was able to have a bowel movement, and bring up a hairball ball this morning. I can't thank you guys enough for helping both of us in this situation.

A wonderful shop. I've been going now regularly for about the last 6 months. With the help of staff, I finally found a food my 12 year-old Shih Tzu likes - hurray! Also found a much healthier food for my 10 year-old Maine Coon. I recently came in very close to closing and even though the young woman working there was mopping, she stopped to help me; it was nearly Christmas and I suspect she ended-up staying late bc of me (sorry!). She was so pleasant. The owner(s) should know they have excellent staff (both knowledgeable and friendly) tending their shop when they're not around.

I visited the store for the first time today and feel I received superior knowledge and service. I was inquiring about the potential in changing my dog’s food, seeking information to better aid my decision. Donna took the time to go above and beyond answering my questions, explaining products and making recommendations based on my dog and her specific needs. I was originally planning to get information and go home to look into the products further. Not needed as her help was so insightful! I’m looking forward in seeing how the changes I’ve made today help my dog. Very friendly, welcoming environment, that stocks an abundance of Canadian products, I’m so happy I didn’t drive past this time and stopped in!

Stopped by for the first time tonight after driving by this location for years. Happy to find out this is a long time Canadian owned and operated business and that they stock MANY quality Canadian manufactured pet foods. Switching over all of our pets to Canadian made. Also, greatly appreciate the excellent customer service from the lady working tonight, believe her name was Donna. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful....made some great recommendations...and graciously listened to me talk about our senior jack russell, whom we spoil and adore, in far too much detail! 😉 Thanks for that! A very happy new customer! I will be recommending you guys to everyone!

We were looking for a cage for our brand new puppy. The employee was very knowledgeable and kind and we were able to choose and purchase one within 5 minutes of entering the store. Thanks for being so efficient and effective in caring for our new family member.

This pet food store has always been informative, kind and helpful when we go to buy our supplies for our two cats. The staff have recommended some options to help solve certain issues we may face with our growing cats and they even helped us during a day it was raining to recommend a delivery service that helped us so much to ensure we had our order of supplies when we needed it. They also donate large amounts of proceeds to the Kingston Humane Society and have some adorable cats in their store available for adoption. Everyone at this store gets five stars!
