Barb had been grooming my maltese since she was a puppy (she lived till the age of 13 but has since crossed the rainbow bridge) Every time, my dog saw Barb, she always came home looking fantastic! I've posted a photo below of my dog when she was younger. Barb was always exceptionally patient and kind with my dog, who had canine cognitive dysfunction, arthritis which can at times could make her snippy and unpredictable. Barb puts the health of the animals she grooms first. Thank you Barb for everything!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GROOMER!!!! Not only was my dogs cut HORRIBLE (very uneven and not at all what I asked for) but my dog also has SCRATCHES in multiple places. When I went to pick my dog up, my dog was crying in pain and the groomer in the back was yelling at another dog. My dog cried in pain for hours. When I confronted her about it, she blamed my dogs behaviour when I have never heard any complaints prior to this from any other groomer. I don't usually post reviews but I was SO upset with the grooming as well as the attitude of the owner and the environment of the shop that I had to. if you want someone who is kind to your dog, DO NOT GO TO THIS GROOMER!!!!!!!!!

This lady is all business she doesn’t seem to care about the animals in her care. There was a small white dog on the table just left to wait by itself while she spoke to me about my dog. Obviously I did not allow her to groom my dog. If you want a groomer to love on your baby this is NOT the one.

I am a graduate from London beauty academy , I successfully completed my course at the beginning of 2023. I still reach out to Bobbi-Jo and Robbie when I need help . They helped me through a lot . The teachers there still support their students even after graduating. I recommend the Academy to everyone that wants to become a hairdresser or barber .

terrible grooming experience -- on picking up the dog there was scratches all over her and the groomer denied it was from her and blamed the dog. in 2 years she has never been troublesome at the groomer so this is something that must have been groomer-inflicted.

I took my 4 yr old dog to this groomer, as cute as the cut was I will never do it again. His body had razor burns on it , under his chin, in his private area, his butt and he cried for days in pain. When she was approached and told about the burns and that she should sharpen her blades she blamed the shampoo. I will not recommend this groomer, I’ll never use her again.

When you find the perfect person to take care of your family member puppy, why would you go anywhere else?

They smell great (as in, they dont smell like anything! We love that!), their fur is so fresh and clean and not shedding ...We love barker shop!
