Chantel is the best! Our dog is very anxious and hates everything about grooming (especially his feet or nails touched or being brushed) but he always comes out looking perfect. I don’t know how she does it but I highly recommend her to anyone who has a dog that needs a little extra care.

Took my maincoon cat “moon” here today and he got a lion cut and nails done. I was so worried. It was AMAZING!! Best service. Best lion cut. My cat was totally fine and felt calm and actually enjoyed it!! Loved it so much I’m taking my other cat there next week and we will be coming back!! Highly recommend!!

Great work for my rescue Maine coon cat! She was efficient and quick working on my cat who is quite squirmy and large, he’s feeling great now that we are home! I can tell he’s in a lot of relief, and he’s grooming himself more now that she removed all the mats on him, that were a ton there from the past owners neglect! Thank you again for helping him!

We had moved back to S. Surrey and needed a confident, qualified groomer who was willing to take their time with our nervous toy poodle. My search lead to Chantel at The Fluff Room Grooming. Let me be clear; all her 5 star reviews are justified! She is patient and knowledgeable, I had no hesitation leaving our little poodle in her care. When I came back, I saw a different dog - clean, tidy, and happily wagging her tail. I’m so grateful Chantel is our groomer; I’m selfishly hoping she continues to groom for many years to come; we wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you for doing such an amazing job with Carys!

My dog "Fargo" is a rescue and very nervous if I am not around. Chantelle takes so much time with him and does an excellent grooming job. She is the best groomer I have had for any of my dogs.

Chantel is by far one of the BEST groomers I have ever been to! She takes great pride in her work and her new grooming room is fantastic! I definitely recommend her for any of your grooming needs

I have a small dog 6lbs. I brought her in for grooming, wash and a trim. Chantel was awesome with her. She is very knowledgeable, and professional. My pup came out with a smile and happy I Highly recommend, ill be back for her next trim

My little guy hates everything about being groomed but Chantel can manage his anxiety and naughtiness and he gets the best fresh, clean, fluffy, trimmed coat and nails. She is kind and the best groomer for your pups.

It's reasonably priced and a small store, so there isn't a ton of dogs in the room at the same time. Which made our dog react.
