Easily my favourite pet store in the city. The staff are so so nice to me and my pup. Lots of patience as he is still a baby and has moments of barking, they really go above and beyond. Even just going for a walk we will pop in to say hi and get some treats.

Very helpful staff! My cat was nervous and not eating after our move downtown, and they offered not only helpful products but general advice to help get him calmed down. Very knowledgeable and kind staff.

Healthy Pets HQ has been an absolute blessing for me. They're the only store I have found that carries the specific food my cat and eat, they have an amazing selection of rabbit toys, and everything is amazingly affordable for me, which is amazing since I am low income. Everything they sell is great quality, and the staff are amazingly helpful and very, very kind hearted! My rabbits have never been happier than when I brought them home a bunch of new toys from this store. My cat also has been happy to have a brand of food she isn't allergic to! Thank you so much Healthy Pets HQ! You have been a life saver for me, and my family!

We can’t recommend Healthy Pets HQ, enough! Their staff are some of the most knowledgeable people we’ve met, and they provide a level of service we have truly never experienced anywhere else. We have been buying our dog’s food and supplies here since the end of 2020 when we brought our dog home, and the staff have always gone above and beyond to answer our questions and provide advice for any and all issues we’ve encountered. We have a dog with a sensitive stomach and allergies and they always offer helpful recommendations for food and supplements, and are willing to listen and provide solutions when we need help. We are always blown away with their customer service. We currently live downtown, so their location is a bonus for us; even if we move further from the core, I will still continue to go to Healthy Pets HQ for all of our products, because of their staff and products!
