Our go to for pet supplies. Great selection of pet food and treats. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have points system for every purchase of dog food so you get free bag of dog food when you purchase an X amount of dog food. They offer free treats, bowl of water for dogs visiting their store with their owners. My dog feels like she's in Disneyland every time I take her here.

We visited Homes Alive Pets for the first time last week, I had been hearing from a friend that this is Edmonton's place to go for great pet supplies - and I was not disappointed. The store is absolutely massive, very clean, and had a huge selection to choose from. We visited the south Edmonton location specifically, however we will probably be regulars at the sherwood park location which should be opening soon!

I get all of my pet food here for my dogs and my rescue pups, and I absolutely love Homes Alive Pets. The staff are so sweet and helpful they always take the time to answer my questions and make sure I’m choosing the right food, especially for rescues with different needs. One thing I really appreciate is that if your dog won’t eat the food, they’ll let you return it and exchange it for another kind. That makes such a difference when you’re trying to find what works best for your dog. Highly recommend for anyone with pets, especially rescues 🐶❤️

Great pet store with a lot of food selection. The toy area was very cute as well. You are allowed to bring your pup in with you while you shop. Staff was friendly and helpful, and didn’t leave you wandering aisles aimlessly lost. They also support a lot of local rescues in need, which is top in my books. I will continue to shop at Homes Alive

Good selection of pet items with adequate inventory. Prices are reasonable, and the 10% discount on the first Tuesday of every month is very helpful. Parking can be limited especially during peak times, but they have allocated nearby lots for overflow parking. Staff are friendly and helpful. They are available throughout the store if you need assistance, and they take the time to greet you and your pet. I have been a regular customer for several years and will keep returning to purchase all of my pet products.

We didn’t catch her name but the female employee, medium height, brown hair around 25 years old - huge shoutout to her for helping my girlfriend who had gotten the end of her finger crushed in the car door as we got out of the car in the parking lot. She gave her a juice box and bandaids and sat with us until she got up, she was also very calm about everything happening which helped a lot while my girlfriend was in that amount of pain. We really appreciate the generosity and help that was shown towards us.

Excellent 5 Star service Placed an online order. Arrived in timely manner. Bag happened to be poorly sealed and broken open (dry kibble). Within 15 minutes of phoning customer service, sending a quick email with photos my bag of dog food was replaced (I was offered a full refund & choose replacement) Customer is service is top notch!! Thank you Jess (and phone attendant I spoke with) I work in rescue and go through dog food at an astonishing rate - so this kind of efficient service is amazing and refreshing!!

I'm surprised I haven't written a review already for this location! Everytime I come in it's always a great experience. The staff is always happy to help as well! Definitely love shopping here for my kitty :)
