My go-to pet store for my little puppy. The prices are very competitive, staff are so kind and helpful, store is MASSIVE with plenty of options & variety. They have a picky pet policy where if your pet doesn't like the food/treat you buy, as long as there's about 75% still in the bag, you can return or exchange it. Only had to exercise this policy once since my puppy will eat just about anything. I prefer this store over PetSmart, PetValu, etc. Have been raving to all my friends about this store, even the ones without pets lol

It’s a great store. Large, clean, well organized. Everyone is so friendly and available to help. But the reason for this review is they help out rescues. I follow a rescue called whisker warriors and I just saw they posted on their page that they received a much needed donation of pet supplies from this store. Awesome work !

We love this store. It’s so big and specious. Our dogs love it! They always have the best selection of treats, toys and clothes!

Sales persons are so friendly. Wide selection of dog treats. My dog Kai is always happy to come here to shop. Hahahha

I'm walking to pet valu today. Five people sitting behind the cache desk talking to each other. I was there for 5-6 minutes had to walk up to them and ask a question. Went to Holmes alive and had a much better experienced. Excellent customer service. Staff members always walking around looking to help. This store has great management!

What a great experience, especially for my boy Hiro. It was his birthday and they gave him a free bandana! Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of dog toy selections that were better and cheaper than other pet stores in wpg. We enjoyed coming here!

Had an older gentleman assist with fitting a winter coat on my dog. He was extremely kind, friendly, patient. Very welcoming and soothing man. He spoke very kindly to my dog and handled her so gently. He was personable and helpful. This associate did an amazing job! That’s the kind of person you want in front line of customer service.

I was very impressed by the new store ! The size of the store ,selection was phenomenal and staff knowledgable and helpful .I have a huge puppy and the rib bones keep him engaged /happy as his psi is 730 and they are healthy for him .Love this pet store ! 🐾🦴🐾
