I took my Yorkie Pomeranian in for a groom and had such a great experience. The groomer—a lovely woman was incredibly gentle, patient, and clearly experienced. She took the time to make my pup feel comfortable, and it showed. He came out looking absolutely adorable, with the perfect trim and smelling so fresh!
She listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered beyond expectations. The space was clean and calm, and you can tell she truly cares about the dogs she works with. I felt completely at ease leaving my little guy in her hands. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

We bought our lovely Ajax for his first puppy grooming. Hands down best service, our puppy was calm before and after with her, she did a great job. We moved from Markham and we're a bit nervous to be able to find a new groomer for our new puppy, but coming across her website and getting to meet her I think has made my husband and myself very happy. We're very glad that we have an ongoing groomer for Ajax. I can't wait to bring him back in. Let her do some bernedoodle magic on him. To add she is kind , patient , dog lover and all of the above. Simply amazing !
I’ve been going to Janet since my Aussiedoodle was a puppy and refuse to go anywhere else. I moved and continue to book with OnDogDog. My dog hates being groomed, however, Janet specializes in patience and attention to detail. My boy is always happy once the grooming is finished and she does great work (See photos). Janet, thank you so much for being so great with Bonzer, I know he isn’t the greatest client but you make it look so easy! All the best.

Janet did an amazing job with our dog Frank. He has always been extremely nervous and is terrified of loud noises, strangers and other dogs but Janet ALWAYS does such a great job. Not only does she calm him (no groomer before her could) but she provides the best service! Thank you!
Such a fantastic place! I took my shepherd-husky mix for a bath and tidy, and he has never been cleaner or more tidy - all his undercoat is gone and he's so much more comfortable for the summer! He was very happy and comfortable in the place, and the owner showed me photos and videos of him during his bath (I told her he hated baths, so she was sure to report back that he did fine!). She did his nails, brushed his teeth, and cleaned his ears too. I am nervous of people doing his nails because they are very long and black too, and they bleed easily. She was very careful and didn't take too much off to avoid hurting him. Great service and great prices!
