I have been a groomer for 24 years. I’m appalled at what you consider grooming. A client of mine sourced you out and considered you based on years of experience. I had moved my business this is the only reason she sourcing you out. I was called ASAP and asked to fix your hack job. She was bathed again and still dirty. Smelled of vinegar. Up your standards or lower your prices. This is what you consider a good groom!!! In response to your response. How could you as a groomer be satisfied with this groom. I’ve clearly pointed out everything you missed except the groin mats you left. How would you fix, the chopped cut on feet with hair cut way back!! Her face was cut 100% incorrectly. Chop lines. I personally think you owe her the money you charged her back. Why did she smell like vinegar? Why did you shave her tail half way down?

I took katie to K9 Klips to get her nails clipped. The lady, Jasmine, was fantastic and did a great job. She only charges 10 bucks but I tipped her 5. Well worth it !! Will definitely take Miss Katie back to see her again. Thank you Jasmine!!

I have taken all three of my dogs to Jasmine for years. Not only has she cut them so well, my dogs really liked her calm sweet nature. She is always great at fitting us in quickly. Thanks, Jasmine!

Great place to have your dog groomed. I have been taking our dog Sam a shitzu there since a puppy and now he is 14 years old. Best prices and Jasmine the groomer is always a great person to provide a professional experience that is very competent in her service.

My friend LB recommended this place to me and we've been going ever since. She's not really good at using technology so this rating is from her as well. Both of our dogs really like the groomer. Price is reasonable and so far so good.

This was by far the worst so called full service groom I've ever seen. Not only was the space filthy, unorganized and dated but the quality of service was not up to par. Hair still in foot pads, nails not trimmed properly and ears not cleaned. Cost was 70 dollars....for 1.4 hours....service wasn't worth 70 cents. Go elsewhere if u want a clean pet.

Just had my two dogs groomed there today for the 1st time! We'll definitely be back! They did a wonderful job on my fur babies! 7.
