Sherlock has been groomed by Vicki since he was a puppy, and we’ve only ever used her services. We’ve always been very satisfied. Vicki is great at communication, gentle with Sherlock, and her facility is always clean and welcoming. Her staff are also kind and accommodating. Now that Sherlock is 10 years old and has anxiety, we still feel completely confident every time we drop him off for grooming. Being recommended to k 9to5 dog daycare & grooming was truly one of the best recommendations we’ve ever received. We’re very grateful! :)

I can't say enough good things about this dog daycare and grooming service! From the moment we arrived, the staff made both me and my pup feel welcome and at ease. The facility is clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed with the dogs’ comfort and happiness in mind.
My dog always comes home happy, well-exercised, and beautifully groomed. The grooming team is incredibly gentle and skilled — they somehow manage to make even bath time a pleasant experience for my pup!
What really sets this place apart is the genuine love and care the staff shows for every dog.
They treat them like family, and it shows in every interaction. I feel completely confident leaving my dog in their hands, whether it’s just for the day or for a grooming session.
Highly recommend to any dog parent looking for top-quality care and peace of mind!

The owner is very nice! I'm new to the area and tried this groomer out to see if she was any good, turns out that she was excellent, my little dog looked so cute and this is the only groomer who knew how to do her legs properly, she left them full and poufy!! I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place...K9to5 groomers.
Our dog has been coming here regularly for over 4 years now. We love it so much that when we bought our house, we made sure it was in the same neighborhood. We have been to several daycares in the past in Calgary and Edmonton, both large and small, but K9to5 has been the best for us. It is just small enough that all the dogs are specially cared for, and there's a good balance between play and rest. Vicky and her team obviously love the furry kids as much as we do. It is also a huge bonus that Vicky is a talented groomer - very convenient to have our dog groomed and have daycare in one place, and he always looks handsome and perfect. It is always great dropping our dog off because he gets so excited, he doesn't even look back! Thanks Vicky and the team!

As a proud granny to Ruffles, finding the perfect place for my fur baby is crucial. Ruffles has been a part of the K9 to 5 family for a while now, and it's been a heartwarming experience.
Vicky and her staff are lovely with Ruffles during daycare and grooming. He has a fantastic time playing with his pals and comes home happy and tired – just the way I like it!
Their grooming services are reasonably priced, and Ruffles looks spiffy after each visit.
The added bonus? They post updates on Facebook, letting me peek into his day.
For fellow grannies and pet lovers, K9 to 5 is a true find. Ruffles and I couldn't be happier.
My dog has had stressful experiences at other groomers, and he needs regular haircuts every 2-3 months so I searched a long time for the right groomer. Vicki is very gentle and patient with Thor and over the last 2 years we have been going to k 9-5 for grooming he has grown to trust her and is now at the point where he isn't anxious or nervous at all going in the door. This is a huge accomplishment for a dog that used to cry and dig his paws in the ground outside the doors!

I had a very positive experience at K9 to Five. My dog Maggie has a nail trim phobia (howling, barking, usually muzzled), and Vicky had her eating out of her hand in the first five minutes of meeting her. Vicky was very careful to understand what sort of haircut I wanted for my dog, and she and her assistant did a beautiful job. Both dogs left calm and happy. I'll be back!
