She won’t let you inside for good reason … she has old fashion concrete tub she has to manually lift animal in and out… no slip protection. My dog (cockapoo) leg was banged up and had issues limping on and off ever since . I found him in the bare crate shaking profusely !!!!(never did this before anywhere) it was heartbreaking ❤️‍🩹 she was upstairs and I went in and saw this and recalled him limping and put two and two together… we left and never went back. It was close and convenient …. Ziggy since passed away but it still haunts me…I had a bad feeling and should have listened…

I was very disappointed with the grooming my dog received from Kelly. She ignored my explicit request for a certain length cut. My mini-poodle-mix has skin issues (under the care of a veterinarian ) which are now exposed by the very short cut she gave him. He is constantly licking them which is likely to further irritate the cysts. I will not use this service again.

Wonderful small groomer that takes good care of our cockapoo, keeping her clean and groomed. Her prices are fair and she does a great job!

Faith had pine tree sap between the pads on the paws with little pine needles sticking in her feet and several small mats. She came out and all had been removed. She looked beautiful

Small grooming business but excellent service

While I appreciated Kelly's Grooming Parlour offering me an appointment to groom my mini-poodle-mix on short notice, I was disappointed by the result.
