I’m from Toronto and had to come to Ottawa for a week of out-of-town work. It’s just me and my dog, so he travels with me everywhere. Finding boarding in a new city was stressful, but KENNEL CLUB BOARDING was absolutely incredible. The staff treated my dog like their own from the moment we walked in. They always created me with pictures of his day and made sure he got plenty of playtime. When I picked him up, he was relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for — not anxious at all. The facility is immaculate, the team is warm and professional, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. As someone who hates leaving my dog, I had total peace of mind all week. If you’re traveling for work and need someone you can trust 100% in Ottawa, this is the place. We’ll be back every time we’re in town. Thank you KENNEL CLUB BOARDING for the amazing care!

This kennel is the best. My very high energy puppy goes regularly to daycare and comes home exhausted. I recently used their boarding services and would highly recommend using Kennel Club Boarding. They are so kind and love all the dogs in their care. Stop looking anywhere else, Patrick, Chandra and the team are amazing!

Patrick and Chandra are true dog lovers. They have a great relationship with all the dogs, and have amassed an equally dedicated staff. They have even helped me with some behavioural problems. This is my second dog that now attends the Kennel Club. He can’t wait to get out of the car in the morning and comes home thoroughly happy (and exhausted!). Only place I trust.

We've been using Kennel Club Dog Boarding for both daycare and overnight boarding for more than five years, and I can't recommend them highly enough. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and professionally run, but what really stands out is the genuine love and care they have for the dogs. The staff know Parker by name and always make him feel welcome. Whether he's there for daycare or an extended stay, Parker comes home happy, well cared for, and completely exhausted from all the fun and activity. As a dog owner, there's nothing better than having complete peace of mind knowing your dog is safe, loved, and enjoying themselves while you're away. We couldn’t be happier with the care our dog Phil receives at Kennel Club. From day one, it’s been clear that Patrick, Shondra and the entire team genuinely loves and understands dogs. Phil is always excited to go play with his "friends", which says everything. The staff take the time to get to know each dog’s personality, and it shows in how comfortable and happy he is every time we pick him up. We always feel confident that Phil is in safe, capable hands, and the team is consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. It’s such a relief knowing we have a place we can trust completely. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a caring, reliable environment for their dog.

I've been taking my Austalian Cattle Dog, Arlo, to daycare at Kennel Club for close to a year now and he absolutely loves it! It's such a relief to know that he's in good hands while I'm at work, and getting the exercise and mental stimulation he needs. I'm so grateful to Patrick, Chandra and the rest of the crew. It's apparent that they all love dogs and care about their work. Would not hesitate to recommend them!

Started taking great Dane puppy here to get him used to other dogs and people because he was so nervous, it was the best decision I ever made. He gets spoiled and loved on by everybody there the staff are amazing every single one of them are so helpful. They treated him like gold and especially when he first started they were so calm with me explaining everything and making sure that they introduced him slowly to the dogs so that he wouldn’t get overwhelmed or have any setbacks. He currently goes two times a week and has a blast. I frequently get to see photos of him playing with his friends and it’s a great piece of mind to know when I’m at work. He’s with somebody safe and well taken care of.

Chandra and Patrick are fantastic as well as everyone else who works there. They understand and respect the uniqueness of every dog. They have gone above and beyond to support my dog both when he is there for daycare and for boarding. I cannot say enough positive things about Kennel Club Boarding!!
