Mercedes did such an amazing job with my poodle. She even made sure to save his tail that had multiple tangles/heavily matted and took a lot of time to ensure that he looked great. Before and after is attached.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful, we have taken both our dog and cat here and they do such a great job grooming and are so kind and gentle with our pets. Very reasonably priced also. 110% recommend

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Cat Grooming Service I feel compelled to share my recent experience with a cat grooming service, as it was highly disappointing and left me feeling frustrated and concerned for my beloved Persian cat. I had taken my cat in for a cut at a salon that I had previously visited, but unbeknownst to me, the ownership had changed since my last visit. This lack of communication and understanding of my cat's previous grooming preferences was evident in the disastrous outcome. Upon picking up my cat, I was shocked to discover that his fur had been completely shaved off to his skin. This drastic and unnecessary measure left my cat feeling vulnerable, traumatized, and anxious. Additionally, his nails had been cut excessively short, making it difficult for him to grasp onto anything and causing him to frequently lose balance. To add to my disappointment, the lack of response from the salon was disheartening. I immediately contacted the person I had communicated with previously, expressing my concerns and the impact this experience had on my cat. However, my messages went unanswered. I made another attempt the following day, but still received no response. Similarly, my phone call to the salon went unanswered, and my voicemail was left unacknowledged. It is crucial for any professional business to take ownership of their mistakes and address their clients' concerns promptly. In this case, it would have meant a great deal to me if the salon had reached out to discuss the unfortunate outcome and acknowledge their role in the traumatic experience my cat endured. A reputable and responsible grooming service should possess the knowledge that shaving a cat's fur to the skin is unnecessary and should never be done. Additionally, they should be aware of the appropriate length to trim a cat's nails to prevent discomfort or injury. This entire ordeal has been both horrible and frustrating for both my cat and me. The unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism displayed by the salon only exacerbated the negative experience. Furthermore, I was charged a significant amount, close to $80 plus tip, for a service that was far from satisfactory. Had I seen the condition of my cat prior to leaving the salon, I would not have felt compelled to provide a tip. In conclusion, I am deeply disappointed with the cat grooming service provided by this salon. Their failure to communicate the change in ownership, disregard for my cat's previous grooming preferences, and lack of responsiveness to my concerns highlight their unprofessionalism. I strongly advise pet owners to exercise caution and consider alternative grooming services that prioritize the well-being and comfort of their furry companions.

My experience was amazing! The atmosphere is very friendly and my usual groomer Michaela is unbelievable! My Maltese absolutely adores her and she does a great job! Couldn’t recommend enough

They were extremely helpful. My long hair cat and large dog needed a flea bath together right away. They got them in same day together. Very nice staff. Absolutely will go back, and you should too! Thank you Kit 'N' Ka-Poodle.

Loved the way they treated our 3.5 month old Goldendoodle puppy, Coco! They were patient and did an impressive job. Coco hates to bath and they made it look so easy and took the time to trim him and make him the handsome boy he is. The bandana was so cute.

When we got our first dog we tried a few places before going here and never looked anywhere else since we found it. We now have 2 dogs, 1 is just a puppy and very nervous but they are great with her! Makayla is awesome! Love her! (Hope I spelt that right) I have never had any issues with them returning my calls, booking appointments, keeping appointments and I have had to cancel appointments last minute and they have been very understanding.
