The products are good but the service is terrible! They are the most old fashioned business I’ve ever seen. I go only if I’m desperate for something and it’s always stressful for me to waist my time there. Otherwise i order only to your competitors that have better prices and are more efficient. My last time it took me half an hour to wait for just 6 little items. It’s ridiculous! How can you be so blind for the way you’re doing business? It’s seems like you’re still in the seventies! How can you still check prices in binders ??!! I have 17 years of experience in logistics before I became a groomer and I could spend a day showing you what’s wrong. But I feel totally ignored when I feel you guys are so resistant to up date your process and be more concerned in your market needs and you’ll probably answer that you’ve been doing business like this since 1800. The only thing I see is in my point of view you’re losing a lot of sales acting like that.
