The online website for this business has high hidden shipping charges for many items. The item description will simply say "Additional Shipping Item" but give no indication of how much extra you will be charged until you go to checkout. For such items, the extra cost you will pay is around 35% more than the listed price! I contacted the company to inform them and suggested better options that are less hidden to the customer, however I did not even receive back a courtesy response. Additionally I posted feedback/review at this website on the product description for a couple of items to fairly warn other customers of the extra charge they will incur - the company removed my comments, despite it being a reasonable assessment. This suggests that the item reviews shown at this website are biased since the company will likely remove any comments that are deemed to possibly impact their sales. Given the hidden shipping charges, likely biased website product reviews and poor customer service, I highly suggest you look elsewhere for your aquarium supplies.

I ordered a few 2" Lifegard bulkheads. I ordered them on Saturday and they arrived on Tuesday. The price was good and the delivery was quick. Can't ask for more then that. Thank you Dan for the quick fulfillment.

The best costumer service!! I order some bulkhead fittings some barb fittings and a check valve but, I decided to upgrade the check valve and canceled the check valve from the the order and mr Cole was very kind to email me confirming the change of the order .. I'll keep buying from them!!

Great to deal with great prices, These guys know what they are talking about and are always willing to help. Reading a review someone else posted on google I can't say how much it bothered me as MOPS has always treated me very well, and their website easy to under stand... perhaps it was an issue with the customer himself.... Smart like truck...

I made my order and it was shipped right away. Dan even phoned to verify what i had ordered was correct. Excellent service and support. Definitely will order all my supplies thru m.o.p.s. I received my order three days after i placed it. Thanks again.

Amazing service, great and honest pricing and fast and very reasonable shipping even on heavy bulky items , would highly recommend to every single person when looking to products or even honest reviews on items they carry ( they have alway been brutally honest about product function or lifespan when inquiring about some products ) Have saved many hours and $$$$ with their products and services that some of my close friends and I rely on when I maintain their aquariums Keep up the great work guys !

I buy all my Vortex Diatom products here and never is any thing been misleading or hidden all cost are known by me when I hit the the buy button and the service is excellent and so is the person on the other end of the phone when I call....
