I ordered an arch for my wedding off of Amazon by northbeam (Merry Products), which arrived damaged. When I asked Amazon for a replacement part, they told me I would need to contact the manufacturer, as they do not carry replacement parts (understandable). I contacted Merry Products, and the customer service is terrible and extremely dismissive. After their customer service rep tried to place the responsibility back on Amazon, they asked me for a bunch of information regarding my purchase just to tell me they do not have my item parts in stock. Meanwhile, I purchased the arch less than a month ago. I sent them photos of my arch on several occasions, including the original email I sent them. If they knew they didn't have the item in stock anymore, why ask me for all the other information as if they were going to be of assistance. I would rate them a zero if I could. Avoid doing business with this company!!

JUST TERRIBLE! Really poor quality products and even WORSE customer service. I bought a new cat litter box on Amazon, and the product was brand new in the box. When it arrived, the front door of the product was damaged. There was a paper in the box that stated not to return to retailer and to contact them. So I did. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. I sent them pictures several times, and they didn't even look at them because they kept asking me to send pictures. I explained the box was NOT damaged, but the front panel on the unit was clearly damaged during manufacturing. Their response: they grilled me on several emails for information, of which I gave them everything several times, to end up with "If you would like I can quote you for a new front door panel.

WHAT? I just bought the unit, and it was damaged by you, and you want ME to BUY a new panel?
I told them I was trying to avoid having to return the unit to amazon, but after I got this email, I just went online, clicked "return" got the approval in seconds, and bought something else from another seller.
AVOID THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Their products are HORRIBLE, and their customer service is even worse!
Save yourself the grief - pay more and deal with another company. You don't want or need to go through the runaround I just did.
