My dog (Ace) got his K9 tooth removed as it chipped and Dr. Saini & staff were very accommodating and amazing. My dog is reactive to other dogs so every time we had to go in, we asked for the facility to be cleared so it's a smoother process for everyone and they were absolutely accommodating and very helpful. He has fully recovered now and he did an amazing job and also offered a more competitive price than many local places around. Thank you Millcreek team!

I have been bringing my pets to Dr. Saini at Millcreek Veterinary Clinic for over 5 years. Amazing team! Dr. Saini is always so helpful and knowledgeable, explains things thoroughly and always provides the best care for my pets. My dogs have had a few orthopedic surgeries, the surgeries always went well, and Millcreek was very attentive to how my dog was doing after surgery. I can't recommend Millcreek Veterinary Clinic enough!

Won’t be going back. The staff is nice competent and helpful. However, the doctor is not. He does not take the time to ask questions or care to understand root issues. He will just prescribe so he can make money. I had two instances one where I brought my cat in, she was constantly smelly. He looked at her for five minutes and prescribed antibiotics. A second qualified opinion said she was overweight and was just having issues cleaning. I brought my dog there urgently because he was salivating heavily out of the norm. He was put under anesthesia and examined for about ten minutes then prescribed a tooth extraction. He returned to normal after the appointment and didn’t schedule the extraction. Another doctor pointed out that he may be licking his paws and the street salt caused the salivation and his teeth are health. The millcreek doctor is just out for money stay away. Edit: “We don’t see you in our records” is their go to. Obviously my full name is not on this platform but no worries I will call

I was visiting Toronto from the US, and my sweet baby got an ear infection. Dr. Saini and the staff were superb with getting us in on a Saturday and taking care of my baby. I cannot be more grateful for their service 🙏🏻.

When Covid shut down groomers, my cockapoo dog Lucy, got extremely matted. We normally took her to Petsmart to get groomed, but they said that the mattes were too close to the skin so she would have to be groomed by a vet. We heard great things about the people at Millcreek Veterinary Clinic from fellow dog owners in the neighbourhood. We called them up and told them the situation. They worked to get her in as soon as possible. Lucy, who can be a little nervous around new people especially in a new place, ran right up to the groomer when she came from the back. My little Lucy no longer has any mattes and I can she that she is feeling better because of it. The first picture is the one where she was matted and the second one is after they got rid of the mattes. The staff was so nice. Also the price was pretty good

Beware this vet doesn't have equipment or x-ray machines when something serious happens they have to pay a company from Guelph to rent the x-ray machine and charge you triple and it takes 2-3 days to get it. My mother lost 2 cats because they couldn't diagnose properly since they didn't have equipment which may have helped. I'm not blaming the vet but therd were other options which were not suggested. It is a good clinic for the basics but if something happens which requires specialized equipment just know it will cost you a lot more than anywhere else and it takes several days to get it. The staff and vet are nice and friendly but they do the best with what they have, just keep in mind that if you want a full service for your pet the go to an actual pet hospital.
