Tracey has been so amazing helping us train our puppy. After a few private sessions I have learned so much. She is very accommodating coming to our home initially and then continuing training sessions at her property. After each session we would discuss a few things to work on for the week and she would supply emailed handouts with detailed information. She has been very helpful with recommendations on training products based on my dog’s needs and has addressed all the specific challenges our family was having with our dog. My puppy and I both look forward to our training sessions and our family is enjoying our dog without constant biting, pulling on the leash, jumping up on us, etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Moonstone Dog Training to anyone with a puppy or anyone who wants to work on their training skills and build a stronger leadership with their dog.

I decided to contact Moonstone dog training on the recommendation of a friend of mine who had previously used Tracey for her dog.
Long story short, I received my dog Ziggy (thats another story), that had definitely been mistreated for the first four months of his life and had a few behavioural issues and was impossible for me to train.
I had voiced all of my concerns to Tracey before training, (I NEEDED him to walk correctly as I do have mobility and muscle issues as he is a large strong boy, I needed him housetrained, wanted him to play with toys and to get in the car, and his separation anxiety ) and all I can say is, WOW!!!! The Ziggy I got back is NOT the same Ziggy!! Moonstone transformed my dog! He now walks very correctly and politely on a leash, is fully house trained we have had no accidents and he does sit at the door to alert that he needs to go outside! When Tracy got Ziggy, he did not know what toys were and would not play now he thoroughly enjoys a good game of fetch and the puzzles that she had taught him to use, and he no longer howls like a wolf when left alone, she really built up his confidence!!
I would highly recommend moonstone as their professionalism and thoroughness from beginning to end, and she still checks on is to ensure we are keeping up with our lessons (yes, you get trained as well) went above and beyond any expectations I had!
If me and Ziggy could rate higher than 5 stars, we would!!

Our Puppy (Golden retriever) attended moonstone Dog training. He learned so much!! The trainer, Tracey is great and truly care about the dogs she trains and sent me daily videos of his progress. I appreciated the follow up visits so that we could work on any issues we encountered after returning home. I definitely recommend moonstone. To this day (7 months on) he still gets excited when he hears her voice on the videos she sent us.
Sam is wonderful with our Jenny!
Jenny can get anxious and Sam is so kind and patient with her.
The grooming is perfect every time, just what we ask for.
Jenny comes home happy and smelling so good!
Happy we found Sam -she is the best groomer we have ever had 😁🐶
