The cat litter did not work well and was disappointing in quality. More importantly, the customer service response to the issue was unhelpful and lacked a proper solution. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this product or the service.

I arrived to my usual place that I buy dog food from and sadly they were closed for the night. I called Mother Hubbard and asked if they carry a certain kind of dog food. The lovely lady working answered the phone and verified that they did indeed and let me know the price over the phone and I rushed over there before they closed. She was kind enough, to have already brought the back to the counter before I arrived. I went to pay for the bag of dog food here and it was priced 104.99 on the bag(same price given on the phone) and when she scanned the bag it came up at 144.99 plus tax. I was a little concerned about the price difference and wanted it to be honoured. She called her assistant manger to see if she was able to honour the price and was told no and she even tried to ask for a 10% off discount since she felt bad and was told no again. I’m quite disappointed with the fact that they had multiple bags on the shelf priced at 104.99 and absolutely refused to give any sort of discount for their mistake. I will not be returning here for any future purchases.

Staff is really helpful and friendly. I was looking for my pets birthday 🥳 present, which you can see In the pictures. He also treated her to a gift cookie! So thoughtful! Prices are very reasonable too.

It feels like community in there... Always chatting with the staff, they're happy to order in what I need and it's so awesome and important to support local as often as we can! I am always excited to go to Mother Hubbard's lol

My favourite pet supplies place in south surrey. Small store, but the owners are great and super knowledgeable. They’re very friendly and always happy to help. Also, they didn’t have a specific bag of dog food that I wanted today, so they ordered it for me without any extra charges.

Super friendly owners and staff at this pet store. Honestly, the prices are better than anywhere I've ever seen.
