I never write down bad reviews but this time is actually not good and she is sad! I was only asking to clean the feet not the whole body and legs! And i told her I wanted a round circle head but came out of square head! And when I got home i realized my dog one leg refused to put down because they cut way too short i can see red spots in the nail!!!! It’s super expensive and I will post her photos to let you judge! It’s Bishon btw!

I can’t say enough good things about Mucky Mutts and their wonderful team. Our Westie, Oliver, is now four years old, and when he first started grooming at around seven months, he wasn’t very well socialized and found the experience quite stressful. From the very beginning, the team at Mucky Mutts showed such patience, care, and understanding with him. Over time, they’ve completely transformed his experience—he now goes in confidently and without fear, which speaks volumes about how they handle the dogs in their care. The level of professionalism and warmth they bring is exceptional. It’s clear they genuinely love what they do, and they are incredibly skilled at their craft. Whether it’s a full groom or just a Bath & Tidy, Oliver always comes home looking fantastic—like a brand new pup every time. I also really appreciate how collaborative and attentive they are. They consistently check in, ask for feedback, and make sure they’re meeting both Oliver’s needs and mine. I would highly recommend Mucky Mutts to anyone looking for a grooming team that is not only highly skilled, but also truly caring and committed to the well-being of your dog.

We are so thrilled with the service we got from Mucky Mutt! Our poor beloved 15 year old senior dog, Tucker, was very disheveled and it was really impacting his quality of life and movement. He had been having trouble standing steady on our hardwood floors and had some falls down the stairs. The crew at Mucky Mutt went beyond the call of duty to give us a quick appointment time off hours to give our boy the care and love that he needed. Our dear Tucker dog now looks and feels amazing. Thanks to Mucky Mutt he’s able to move around so much better, isn’t slipping and sliding on the stairs, is much steadier on his feet, and way more energetic. And he looks like a million bucks. They’ve literally given him a new lease on life. I can’t tell you how much this means to me. Thank you so much!

I have been coming to Mucky Mutt with my two dogs for several years. It is such a welcoming place, and everyone working there is very friendly. Rebekah is amazing. She has great patience with my pups and will discuss grooming options before the treatment and any potential issues that are found along the treatment, e.g., pointing out an ear infection or skin issues. Both my pups walk out of Mucky Mutt looking beautiful every time. Thank you so much, Rebekah and Mucky Mutt! 🐾

Mucky Mutts did an excellent job grooming my 120lb Pyrenees mix! So grateful to have a dog groomer who is knowledgeable about how to properly groom his coat. I would recommend Mucky Mutts to anyone looking for quality grooming for their pet!

We took our cat Furby to get groomed and I have never been more disappointed and quite frankly disgusted with a grooming place. When we got there he was in his cat carrier on the floor. We had gone there for a brush out before and were pleased, so we didn't think to take him out to look at him. His fur is incredibly and noticeably uneven, he still has quite a few mats (a lot on his tail and neck area), the back of his neck is groomed a teeny tiny bit but then the front is full on fluff, wasn’t even brushed since there’s still mats, his paws weren’t touched and neither was his tail. (pictures attached). Oh and claws weren't clipped. They commented on how relaxed he was, so it’s not like he was moving around a bunch. There’s no excuse for this. How they took our money without being completely embarrassed is beyond me. We will be taking our cat elsewhere, and telling everyone we know to never step foot in Mucky Mutts. If I could give them a score of -100 stars I would however I will have to settle with 1 star.

This salon is my favorite & has been for 7 yrs. Always happy with my little doggy's grooming. Very nice staff & my doggy's never shy away from them.
