Muttluks sent me a replacement pair of their fleece lined booties for my large dog after I reached out to their customer service requesting information on the difference between booties. Our original pair (a few years old) had holes in the bottoms and they requested photos of the damaged booties. They were lovely to communicate with and they sent a replacement set of 4. If I had wanted a different pair, say more expensive, they said I would just have to pay the difference. It was a very nice interaction and I highly recommend Muttluks! Thank you!

Snow mushers are great dog boots! They stay on and keep feet clean so less floor washing throughout the winter! Excellent customer service also - any issues and they will help you out. We have two very active Portugese waterdogs and these boots take them through the winter protecting them (and our floors!) from all the salt!

I have to say I have been purchasing Muttluks for my Standard Poodle for over 8 yrs. They were the first ones that actually worked out for us. After spending so much money on others that didn’t stay on. Fell off and were of poor quality. I feel I can not say enough about this company. Recently I had an issue with my daughter purchasing them for me. With no issues whatsoever Sarah agreed to replace them for me. THANK GOODNESS FOR MUTTLUKS. SANDRA

I picked up the fleece lined Muttluks dog boots for my beagle after reading good reviews and not being able to find other boots that would stay on. It took a few tries for him to get used to them. Whenever he stops to chew them off, I give a gentle tug on the leash and urge him on to quickly distract him. We’ve had some bitterly cold days this winter and I have no doubt these booties have saved his little paws from ice up and frostbite. They stay on very well and I’m extremely pleased with them. He may not love them like I do, but at least he seems to be tolerating them now.

Boots are good. Customer service is the absolute worst you’ll ever experience. Shipping information showed “label created” for 10 days. No response to multiple emails. The product was only shipped after I sent an email requesting the order be cancelled. The phone numbers on their website are not in service. Address on the website is incorrect (credit card transaction shows an address in Bancroft). Sketchy.

We visited the muttluks offices yesterday to do an in person fitting. We were greeted by amazing people who welcomed us like family and we found the right boot and sizing for our Samoyed. The product is amazing, quality is superb and sizing was vast and lots of options. Great to support a local business that manufactures most of their products locally!!! Thank you for taking such great care of Striker!!!

I have been using Muttluks boots for the past three winters for my service dog. We do a lot of walking. They are the best you could ever buy. The company is true to their word, if anything goes wrong they will replace without issues. I have been stopped by so many dog walkers in my area asking me where I got my boots. I should be caring around business cards they are so flexible and easy to put on in my dog has no problem wearing them. I have purchased every pair of boots for all different kinds of weather. The code is phenomenal, looks like new after three years, wash is fantastic and 100% waterproof. Everyone loves it. Go ahead and order and no need to look any further. Thank you Muttluks.
