Pam is absolutely amazing! She has been one of the best investments we've made for our family!
Our French Bulldog, Calla, struggles with reactivity and nervousness, and when we brought home a new puppy she was extremely reactive. We had to keep the dogs separated so that she wouldn't harm the puppy, and we knew we needed professional help. We had done obedience training for Calla in the past, but it did not address her reactivity. Pam went far beyond basic dog training — she helped us truly understand the "why" behind Calla's behaviour, which made all the difference.
Pam is an exceptional communicator who took the time to explain everything clearly, and she even included our kids in the training sessions for their own understanding. Pam's patience, care, and genuine dedication is evident... she is also hilarious!
The transformation after just four sessions with Pam has been unbelievable. Calla is now accepting and patient with Gus and we are still noticing improvements as the weeks go by, and we love being able to enjoy both of our dogs together.
In short: Would recommend Pam for any kind of dog training!
Pam has been training our GSD in-person and the approach is so helpful and well tailored for a high energy breed. We already see marked improvement in our dog's behaviour. We will continue to train the dog according to plan.

We adopted an adorable Frenchie from a shelter that (sadly) wasn’t able to provide any details about her history - but we quickly realized she can be a handful! We took lessons with Pam and found her to be incredibly helpful! Pam was able to provide us with excellent guides, games, and best practices to incorporate into our daily routine to improve our bond with our dog (and her obedience). We can wholeheartedly recommend Pam without any reservations - she is friendly, funny, extremely knowledgeable and has an infectious passion for dogs! Thanks Pam! Nüdl says arf arf arf!
We had an amazing experience with Paw from the moment we brought our 8-week-old cockapoo home. He was very timid at first, but her knowledge and engaging approach helped him and our whole family gain confidence quickly.
She guided us through everything from routines and etiquette to walks and outings. The 8-week program was incredibly helpful, and I highly recommend it. It was a great learning experience for both our dog Leo and us!

Pam is a very knowlegable dog trainer/behaviourist. I adopted my dog Spud at age 4 1/2 and he came to be with zero skills and was reactive to other dogs. I worked with Pam to understand how to effectively train my dog (videos and books didn't work for me) and I now have a much stronger bond with my boy from gaining understanding on why he reacts and what techniques help. It worked! I now have a well behaved (I get many compliments) loving dog who is not reactive to other dogs. I will continue to work with Pam when I need her expertise and support to give Spud what he deserves - a secure, positive and consistant leader.
I have nothing but positive things to say about Pam! Our family was really struggling with Winston, our 6 year old pug’s high anxiety. Pam has given us the tools to support Winston going forward. After each in person session, Pam provides notes on her observations, recommendations and provides PDF guides to help with training at home. Doing these exercises for a few minutes each day, Winston has come a long way and we are so proud of him.
Pam is an investment in terms of cost, but she is absolutely worth it. She is kind, energetic, funny and very knowledgeable about animal behaviour. She uses a very positive training approach and we felt comfortable with her and our dogs. There wasn’t a single concern that she could not help us with while also providing a solid reasoning/explanation behind her suggestions. Most importantly, both our pugs loved her :) My family and I would recommend her a thousand times over.

In summary: Pam is the best, hire Pam!!! Our story: we got our Great Dane Duke as a puppy back in June 2020 and wanted to start out right with training for what would become a huge dog. We sought out trainers via internet reviews and took a chance on Pam with so much good feedback. The positive reviews are bang on! Pam is the best! We took classes with Pam navigating covid and she was so in-tune with our puppy and us in what behaviors we needed to reinforce and shut-down all along the way. Duke is particularly excitable with new people and Pam's amazing knowledge of dog (and human) behavior/instinct has helped us immensely! Duke is so well behaved around the house and has become so much better interacting with people and other dogs. He's gained the ability to redirect and calm down quickly allowing more polite interactions. Pam's assistance is invaluable and the one-on-one attention she's given Duke, my wife and I is amazing. We can't say enough good things about Pams Paws! Thanks for everything.
