Amazing! We did the 3 quick services for $35 to get the pups pawdicures and some ear cleaning. They did an amazing job. Place is very clean, organized and calm. Took about 15 mins per pup for the quick services, which was enough time to grab a quick coffee next door. Will def go back

Carmen and her team are the best! Finn has trusted them for more than 5 years with his pedicures and cleanups! Their prices are great and the service is impeccable. Always keen to support local small businesses esp female owned :)

We couldn't be happier with our experience here! Our puppy (Bamba) can be a little nervous with new experiences, and we were so grateful for how patient and gentle Ariel was. During the first session (our puppy was 3.5 months), nothing was rushed or forced—just a calm, positive introduction that really helped build trust. By the second session 4 weeks after, Ariel took the time needed to make it a pleasant and non-traumatic experience, and the results were AMAZING! Bamba not only looked adorable but was totally relaxed and happy afterwards. We've been getting nonstop compliments from other dog owners at the park—people keep asking where we go! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer who truly cares. Ariel - you are amazing, thanks and see you again in a few weeks! 🙏 🙌 🐶

I don't give out many reviews but Carmen is by far the best groomer/dog whisper I have ever met! After some hideous early cuts I was refered to Carmen @ Pet Smart @ Laird and Eglinton which was a bit out of the way, but after Carmen gave her a perfect salon treatment I was hooked! I then followed her closer to me when she moved to their Lawerence location and glad she finally listened to me barking in her ear to open a shop of her own after all these years. Carmen has been cutting my nearly 17 year only dog for 15 years now and not only does she give great doggy spa treatments but she is alos super intune with the regular dogs she sees. She picked up on my dog's hearing loss even before I did and has alerted me to a buch of other concerning issues over the years that due to her heads ups saved my dog alot of potential suffering. Congrats Carmen, love the shop, the parking, and the free roaming for Brook!

Carmen is awesome, she’s the only person in this world that can trim our cat’s nails.. and shes so quick and so precise leaving her nails so fresh and clean. She’s a lifesaver, thank you Carmen for your patience, friendliness and accommodation. These guys are the best in town

I’ve been only going to this grooming salon for my 9 year old bichon poodle. Although she’s not a fan of getting groomed in general, the staff especially Lindsay, have been so good to her. They have so much love, patience and care for dogs of all sizes! Highly recommend them.

Great experience from start to finish. Our groomer was so patient and calm with our pup, Brady! We can tell Brady had a great time and was very well cared for. We’re happy we found this place. We’ll definitely be back!

We’ve never let go of our groomer and have been going here since day 1 with our Havanese fur baby. The staff are very professional and caring. We are so grateful to be connected with such a talented team. Trust is built on the quality and care which you will always find here with the staff.
