On the recommendation of our doggy day care, we brought our recently adopted 2-year old dog Roscoe to Mucky Paws, and it was the best experience (for us both)! Roscoe was adopted as an adult, and we are certain he had never been groomed before. We tried with another groomer, and he freaked out and broke their lead attachment.
Mucky Paws was recommended as the experts on dogs with anxiety. They were so sweet and patient with him, and even cancelled other appointments so they could get all his work done. They gradually introduced him to the water and grooming tools, spending 5-6 hours with him. When I picked him up, he was clean, floofy and happy, and I couldn't be more pleased with the professional and friendly service.
Easy to book online, great communication, and great prices. We will be going back, and highly recommend!

I have a wonderful but highly dog reactive pup named Morgana who desperately needed a full groom. The staff were responsive on Facebook every time I reached out to communicate with them and immediately assured me that they had experience with reactive dogs who are large and muscular which was the main concern I had. They graciously offered to stay after closing time to accommodate my dog safely and when it was time for her appointment they were absolutely wonderful with her.
My puppo came home smelling amazing, looking amazing, and happy. They truly take their time to provide a safe, force free experience, and I couldn't recommend them enough. They will be our groomers moving forward for both our dogs now!

The staff are truly amazing here. This is our first dog and so we don't have much to compare to for grooming, but they always take their time to ensure it is as stress free as possible.
Tara typically grooms Louie and we are so thankful for the effort put in, as he is not an easy guy to groom! He is dog selective/reactive and very sensitive to movement around him. He doesn't like his face or paws touched. They let us know what we can work on at home to make it easier for Louie. They are also affordable which helps when we have to go so often.

I can't begin to thank this group of ladies enough for all their patience, love and amazing care they provided our very nervous guy. They took their time grooming him and even offered tips to take care of his fur until he has his next appointment. They also offered follow up's to ensure his fur doesn't get tangled. I absolutely recommended them❤️
Took my dog Jenna here recently for her first grooming, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She’s always been nervous about baths, but the team at Mucky Paws Grooming made her feel completely comfortable. She came out looking clean, happy, and ready for the summer heat! You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they work with. Highly recommend to any pet owner looking for a trustworthy and caring groomer!
UPDATE: As if there needed to be anything else to add to this, Pauline used the "delete for everyone" option on Facebook messaging to try and erase the evidence of what she sent to my friend. Luckily, my friend took a screenshot of the conversation before that, and I truly hope she reports it. It's absolutely shameful that you would behave like this over GENUINE and factual feedback. Trying to discredit this review by claiming she's not a real person is also beyond childish. I'm embarrassed to have referred anyone to such a horrible business.

I recommended a friend of mine to Mucky Paws, and I'm extremely appalled by the behavior of Pauline towards my friend. She would only offer last minute ("you can come in 2 hours") types of appointments when my friend had asked for dates further out, and then she wouldn't even respond afterwards. She went back and forth between Facebook and texting like a complete scatterbrain. This went on for days, and when my friend finally messaged (with a completely appropriate response) to tell them she was going to look elsewhere, Pauline acted like a crazy person. She sent a huge private message to my friend through Facebook (from her personal account) and made inappropriate personal comments, etc. If I'd had a first experience like my friend trying to book with this company, I would have gone elsewhere, too. Pauline's behavior is volatile and completely unprofessional.
