Loved my first experience with Paws in the Bath Toronto. Groomer Katie was great with my little Rosie and Rosie was calm and relaxed after her bath, nail trim and ear cleaning. Everything was done in 30 minutes. Great experience and will be back soon!

I had a wonderful experience at Paws In The Bath Dog Grooming. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt clean, calm, and welcoming—exactly what you want when trusting someone with your pet. 🥰 A special thank you to Charlie, who did an amazing job grooming my dog. She was incredibly patient, gentle, and clearly experienced. My dog can be a bit nervous, but Charlie handled everything with such care and professionalism that it made a huge difference.🌺 The grooming itself was perfect—my dog looked clean, well-shaped, and happy afterward. You can tell Charlie really pays attention to detail and genuinely cares about the animals she works with. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and caring groomer. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🐶

I’ve been bringing my Border Collies to Paws in the Bath for years, and they’ve always done a fantastic job — today was my current pup’s first visit, and once again, they didn’t disappoint. Audrey was the groomer this time, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was gentle, professional, and clearly experienced with high-energy, long-haired breeds like Border Collies. My dog came out looking and feeling amazing — super clean, fluffy, and totally relaxed. I really appreciate how consistent the care and quality have been over the years. It’s obvious the team truly cares about the animals they work with. I wouldn’t trust my dog with anyone else. Highly recommend Paws in the Bath — and especially Audrey — if you’re looking for a groomer who genuinely loves what they do.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE I am writing this to warn other pet owners about the traumatic experience my dog and I had at this facility. During a routine nail trim, the groomer cut my dog’s nails so deep that he was bleeding profusely. This wasn't just a minor nick; he was injured on three different nails, with one being so severe that we had to rush him to the emergency vet. My dog is now bandaged up for an entire month, requiring constant medical care and supervision. What is more appalling than the injury itself was the management’s reaction. When I returned to address the situation, I was met with zero empathy and a shocking lack of professionalism. Not only did they refuse to apologize, but they also became incredibly rude. The manager’s exact words were that this "happens almost all the time," and they "don't really bother letting the customer know" because they just use a "quick fix" and let it go. It is deeply concerning that a pet care business admits to hiding injuries from owners as a standard practice. Instead of taking accountability, they called me out for being upset and dismissively told me to just "send the vet report and bye." If you value the safety of your pet and expect honesty from your groomer, please take your business elsewhere. This establishment clearly does not prioritize animal welfare or customer service. Also the groomer named , Carlos they were the one who nicked our dog and they were being soo rude ever since the pickup.

We took our 40 lb Bernedoodle, Ellie, in for her summer cut and couldn’t be happier with the experience! Alexis was absolutely fantastic and she really went above and beyond to make sure Ellie’s cut was just perfect. What stood out was how the salon had clear examples on the walls showing different fur lengths with pictures, so we knew exactly what to expect and could customize Ellie’s cut perfectly. Alexis kept me in the loop the whole time by sending messages if she needed a bit more or less time, and even letting me know when Ellie was ready for pickup well in advance. Ellie looks amazing, smells great, and is so comfortable with her fresh summer cut. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for thoughtful, professional, and caring grooming. My dog is elderly at 14.5 years old and she was treated carefully and respectfully. She looks amazing. She went in for a bath and light trim and came out looking fresh and tidy. I highly recommend Paws in the Bath. Thank you!
