I’m surprised I’ve never reviewed here. Our doggy Ollie has been coming here since he was a puppy. We’ve done day care and doggy boarding, always a positive experience. Love the pics on instagram and getting to see your furbabies. Owners are super responsive and loving team! Highly recommend for your babies, they treat them like their own :)

My family and I recently travelled to downtown Toronto for my son's wedding and a week-end vacation. Needing a boarding service for our dog near our hotel, we researched several options and ultimately chose Paws Playgrounds based on their excellent reviews. We are so pleased with our decision! While we were out having a blast celebrating the wedding and enjoying the TIFF activities, we had complete peace of mind knowing our dog was having a good time making friends with other pets. Karl and Sue and other team members were wonderful, keeping us posted daily on how things went with detailed descriptions and great snap shots of our pet mingling with his new friends. They were also very accommodating to our requests including the late arrival and pick-up. We will definitely use Paws Playgrounds again on our next trip to Toronto and would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends looking for the same service.

Love this place! We take our 2 corgis here 1-2 times a week and safe to say it is the highlights of their week! We especially love that they post stories of all the doggies throughout the day and then over 100 photos are captured from the day and shared on their fb page in addition to the photos they also post on their Instagram. Seeing these photos are also a highlight of our days as well! Attached some photos of our doggies here☺️ thanks for all the love and support you provide to our pups!

Our dogs have been going to Paws Playground for over 8 years and I can’t thank them enough for all the love, care, and fun they’ve provided for both dogs (different ages). I have Portuguese Water Dogs, so they’re very sweet, but high energy. Paws Playground offers a safe and caring environment for my dogs to socialize with other dogs (properly), while also getting more than enough exercise - difficult for this breed! They are very attentive to each dog, ensuring the absolute best care possible, while also ensuring immediate and candid communication (so appreciated!). I also appreciate their flexibility- they’ve really helped me out many times when I needed care for my dogs. I recommend this daycare to anyone who is looking for somewhere safe, engaging and where they’ll be loved 100%.

We just love Paws Playgrounds! They take such good care of our sweet pup. He has so much fun playing at daycare and they make sure he is comfortable for overnight stays when needed. They are so organized and so caring for every dog!

Paws Playground is the best. It’s our number one spot for doggy daycare and hotel. The team there is very friendly, accommodating and they go the extra mile! My hubby and I love checking all the photos that they post when we are away on holiday. We never have to worry when we go away as we feel confident checking our pup in. Nutmeg loves going there and making new friends. Highly recommend!

I've had nothing but positive experiences at Paws Playgrounds from my first foster dogs adoption day (image included) to my first adopted dogs own playdate! The staff here are incredibly helpful, professional, supportive, kind, and responsive. I can't say enough positive things about them. The outdoor play area is completely secure and has lots of space for the dogs to run around and play. I will say that my dog did get quite dirty, however, they offer baths which is an amazing plus!

Paws Playground has been such a wonderful place for our puppy’s protective parents to take her while we are away. Their staff is incredibly responsive and provides the cutest, most detailed daily updates with all the relevant information you’d want, plus adorable photos. Their staff treat our dog as if it’s their own and she loves going to their facility. I can’t say enough about how great they are and would highly recommend this boarding for even the most nervous and protective dog parents (us)…

This dog daycare has been great from day 1. They've made it easy to help my puppy socialize give the restrictions from the pandemic.
