What a great pet shop! I came in with a bit of challenge but Casey & Jesse were quick to not only fix the situation with something I hadn't considered but made it so affordable! Casey took her time to explain everything I needed to know and I am happy to say I am welcoming some tiny colorful shrimps in my new little terrarium. 🪴 Attached, are a couple of phtos of the terrarium in wait for it's new tiny residents - SO exciting! Beautiful fish, great supplies & knowledgeable staff that happen to be friendly as well. 🙂 Highly Über Recommend.
Amazing experience, just like everyone said. I forgot to ask the staff member’s name, but the staff who helped me on Jan 2nd was incredibly helpful. I called before going to get my hamster, and he made sure I had everything prepared. He mentioned that dwarf hamsters need extra sand baths.
When I arrived at the store, the staff helped me pick my very first hamster and even let me hold them (which I wasn’t expecting because I was afraid the hamster might bite me), but it turned out really well.
The staff really seemed to care about the pets. When I mentioned I wanted to buy extra food, they told me I needed to buy food specifically for dwarf hamsters, also they love bok choy.
Overall, it was a great experience! My hamster has been home for a week now and runs on his wheel every night for over 4 km!

The gentleman working was extremely helpful and threw in a filter freebie so my baby shrimp don’t get sucked into the filter 😅 he was very approachable and made my experience as a new aquarium owner so pleasant! Excited to return to purchase some live plants, live shrimp and snails, as well as more supplied in the near future. As well as someone who uses their status card for tax exempt, I receive many attitude towards it and it was really nice to see someone provide such customer service and open to learning how to process this.

What a gift it is to have this locally owned and operated pet store with amazing knowledgeable & helpful staff.
I started going here in 2021 with my late dog Muggs, continued to visit and purchase products for dogs I know and love. When I got my new little Foster I was sure to bring him into meet Arden and the gang. This continues to be my place to go for specialty products and advice for my beloved pet.

I bought a canary from Pet Circus a year ago and he’s thriving. Staff were kind and knowledgeable, the birds looked healthy, and the store was clean. Prices were fair and they helped me pick the right cage and food. I’d buy here again

Awesome service!! I’ve been looking for a particular high visibility vest, pet circus had it but doesn’t ship. I called, within minutes I was told they would ship to me since it was about the price of a delivery! I will definitely stop by if/when I’m in the Ottawa area, Finn Thanks you! 🥰
