Laura has been absolutely amazing every time I visit the store. She answers all my questions with so much patience and genuine care. The rest of the team is wonderful as well, especially Ropen. He always seems to know exactly what product to recommend without ever being pushy and you can truly feel that his suggestions come from a place of honesty. They always maintain a great selection of high-quality pet food and I can always find everything I need for my cat. Truly feels like a one stop shop for all my cats needs.

Eduarda was absolutely amazing today. I was seeking some treats for a pet friend today as a gift and asked for something that the pet would absolutely love and enjoy. The pet in question absolutely did, lost it and couldn’t think straight with how great the treat was.
Not only was her advice supreme, but so was her service. She helped me package the treats in a way that would be an experience on the receiving end. Truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend checking this place out.

I liked this place at first but then I asked some grooming related queries for my cat for which I was told they would call me back but it’s been a week and they never called. Also, I placed an order for cat food which I was told would come in and they’d call but they never called. When I called to ask them about the food that’s when they told me the distributor did not have it in stock. I understand such things happen but what I expect is a call n clear communication. Wouldn’t recommend this place unless for stuff they have in stock.

Several years ago, I had an extremely upsetting experience at this grooming shop that I still remember clearly.
I had recently lost my job and was struggling financially. I brought my Maltipoo in with minor knots only (nothing severe), and I was honest about my situation. I also explained that I brushed my dog daily and carefully cut knots when I saw them.
The staff member who handled us chose to publicly shame me in front of other customers. While I was calmly (and quietly) explaining my circumstances, this person repeatedly said “no excuses” and continued lecturing me in a condescending and humiliating way. Now that I’m reading more review, it probably was the owner.
If there were grooming policies or concerns, they could have been explained privately and respectfully. Instead, I was made an example in front of others. That is not professionalism—it is cruelty.
People go through hard times. A business that cannot show basic empathy should seriously reconsider working with the public. I will never return and would warn others to expect judgment rather than understanding.
