I have been dealing with Pet Science for over 10 years. They have great communication and the most reasonable minimums in the industry. Their products arrive faster than any other supplier and they are quick to fix any issues. Only downside is I haven't had a rep since covid.

I have appointment 9 am . I’m here checkin 8:45 am .. only 5 skids 3 hours for unloading.. around 1 hour I’m waiting for receiver . No body come …. …… 🔜0 STAR ..

Small rural town with a major detour blocking the pet store. Detour took you on a narrow side road, which 18 wheelers could barely go threw. Pet Science 5 ton truck stopped in the middle of this narrow road an started unloading supplies ( onto his dolly ) for the pet store over 500 feet away. Transport trucks blowing their air horns in disgust. Pet science driver wheeled in supplies to the pet store, 500 feet away, all the while his parked truck was causing havoc on the narrow road. Took him 5 min to drop off boxes an another 5 min to wal back to the truck. By this time it was grid lock on this narrow detour road.I have seen such selfishness in all my years on the road. Driver could of easily got off the road and not block a dozen 18 wheelers. Why would anyone deal with such a “for me only “ company. I will never go in that pet store

good selection, reasonable pricing, and excellent customer service. besides that, they are also a wonderful group of people who treat you like a person and not a number. there's no denying, I love Pet Science

Please be aware of this company,they’re taking money and never deliver the products same time no response on the email and lied over the phone.Worst experience I ever had in Canada.Reported to the credit card bank and to the police.
