I bought a nice looking beta fish from there. He was way in the back invisible from view and the nice staff took the time to point him out. A dumbo red/pink beta. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. I recommend 👍

Amazing pet store everything you need under One roof. Everyone as staff are amazing they make you feel at home knowledgeable professional amazing and view the owner is amazing man loves his animals a great variety of products for your furry and feathered children

I went to Pet Valu today and was served by Jyden. I went to purchase a bag of dog food as my dog seems to have a sensitive stomach. I also had questions regarding toothbrushes, calming treats with blueberries and other products. I just want to say that he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. You have a great staff member there. I've shopped there more than several times and all the staff are always helpful and kind. Thank you so much! PS. If he was my employee I'd probably give him a raise. 😊 I also want to give a big shout out to Bailey the Manager and to Timmery a staff member. They also deserve a raise. 😊

Got this water dish for my kitten because he loved the one my parents have (different brand). He was literally dragging it off of his food mat, wouldn’t touch it, was drinking from the bathtub water, so I had to put his old dish back out. Turns out it was producing some grey/black residue into his water. I returned it for store credit and they were super nice about it. Tbh, just wish i’d gotten a full refund but I didn’t have my receipt. Anyway, PetValu is always kind to me and usually reliable for quality products - I just strongly suggest avoiding this product.

Never done a review before, was in last week to get cat food and it was on sale if I bought 2, they had one in stock and they happily ordered another one for me and would call when it arrived. Went in today after no phone call before the sale ends, and was told the manager sold the second one and can’t get more before the end of the sale. Staff are friendly, but having worked in retail before for 25 years, wow. Poor management, which looks bad on the whole company. Will try and buy on line and not deal with them again.

Consistently out of stock no matter what day of the week it is. Some staff are very friendly and try to help but not much they can do. Several times the store was closed when the hours online said it was open.

Located right on bank across from a parking lot. Super accessible by public transport. Cute little store, great for all pet stuff. We got some cat toys, food, snacks and litter and all Which have been amazing and greatly used/enjoyed. Wish there was some cat snacks at the front like they have for dogs but it's all good. Its a cool thing to have and it's like baked goods but for dogs

Always shop here , they have what I need every time

The staff here are really friendly and helpful! I love that they are so conveniently located in the same plaza as a pharmacy and grocery store.
