I visited this pet value today for my first time and was greeted by Emma! Emma was so incredibly sweet, helpful and kind to myself and my puppy Oliver. I highly recommend this pet value because of the great services its workers like Emma provide its customers! 💕

Love this location! Andrea the manager is sweet and Alexa appreciates her take home treats! The employees are super nice and always so helpful! This is also Alexa's favourite Walk N Roll stop for some quick shopping.

Everyone is always very helpful and happy! Update: I have started shopping elsewhere which really bites, I liked this store. Every time I go in they have bags and cans ready to buy for different causes and I feel very pressured. I do as many donations as I can per year but I don’t want to feel forced. At this store I feel forced.

Kudos to Pet Value at lake vista plaza Oshawa. Excellent customer service. I had an issue with a product and they replaced it no questions asked. I was missing half the box of a product I bought. They gave me an entire new box. I was kinda scared they wouldn’t believe me as that’s not my usual location and they don’t know me but I was pleasantly surprised how they handled the situation. Will definitely be back to this location ❤️😻 thank you to the kind staff and service

I use this store to occasionally get my grandchildren’s dog treats. Every time I have been welcomed with a “hello , can I help you”. The staff are friendly and have been very informative . Thank you all for your customer care. Kudos

Fantastic staff and they always have the product I need for both my cats and puppy. If they don't have the size of what I want, they always have a solution that works and did I mention the friendly and helpful staff? Great store

This review is based on an experience I had with Rita who works at this location. I walked in looking to obtain a treat/gift to honor my fallen furry friend, who passed earlier in the year, on his birthday. Rita had lost her furry friend recently as well and we both were able to share a hug, some tears, and compassion. It meant so much to me as I had walked into the store fighting tears but let it out through this person I had just met. Rita if you ever read this, thank you so much it meant the world to me and I will never forget that moment.
