Wow is all I can say. I went here today to use the pet wash station and the whole area was clean and well stocked. My pup had a bit of a freakout (his first bath) and the staff were exceptionally friendly and understanding. Will definitely be going back again!

Most of the staff is very sweet here except for the grey cat that was at the till for at least 5 minutes and COMPLETELY ignored me the till the entire time. I had to wait until the human staff member was finished with another person to cash out. Still havent heard back from hr about my formal complaint against the cat. 😂😜

had a very good experience here, met two very nice staff members (didn’t get names) but they were angels. i also met a very sweet cat named Franco. everyone was so sweet and answered all mine and my sisters questions. i definitely recommend this location

We've been going here for years. They always have what we're looking for, and when we can't find it, they're always willing to help. Highly knowledgeable and very helpful. It's always nice to see what cats are up for adoption, and the resident mouse chaser as well. :)

This store has two awesome shop cats Mork and Mindy. I love going just to see them, plus it had friendly staff👍

During covid lock down our wee morkie ran way past her scheduled groom to the level of emergency due to matting and extended nails. Trish took her in and did a great job as usual. Highly recommended.

Horrible customer service I brought my dog there at 4:47 pm and they say the last dog can't go in at 5. I said why can't I bring him in and it's not 5 and the worker proceeded to curse at me. I will never go back
